Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Jemuel just helped me resolve a liquid issue in regards to displaying stars on product badges. He had me fixed up in minutes of me contacting support. Courteous, fast and knowledgable!

Loox really is great. I hope they add options to customize the carousel so it can better match my sites theme and continue to develop the referral scheme. Keep up the great work guys!

Loox support is excellent! I brought a question to the attention of the Loox support team and received a response immediately. In particular, Jemuel was superb in dealing with my issue effectively, and he even took the time to explain exactly what the nature of the problem was, so that I was able to forge ahead without further concern. Very impressed indeed!

Very good application, I have been using it for a few years and I am very satisfied, it also allows me to import and select comments from aliexpress very easily. In addition, the customer service is super fast and very friendly. I recommend it

i like the referrals, and the reviews thing the most, I find it difficult though to use the referrals thing and when should i send it and so on

The app was easy to install and integration was painless. Imported reviews from the old app, no problem.

The loading speed is very fast, especially the display effect on the mobile phone is really great. I will always choose it

Updated review: Sooooo after using LOOX for a few months I got sold on Okendo and it was a terrible decision. Getting reviews on the Okendo platform was a nightmare. I think we had 5 reviews over a 90 period while testing Okendo. I switched back to LOOX and we're getting 2-3 reviews per day plus the tool is sooooo easy to use. The CX team can help with adding the rating widgets to pages that need some coding and they reply insanely fast. The price is also right. I LOVE LOOX and would recommend it to any early-stage ecomm founders and teams. STILL LOVE LOOX!

OMG!!!! I wish I could give this thing 50 stars!!!! I've got about 20 apps running and I've never been so excited about a feature on my site!!!! Right off the bat this morning, I went to check out the dashboard for the first time - and only found ugliness! Unreal... start off on a Monday - to answer a really nasty customer - and gotta admit, that SUCKED... (can't make everyone happy) .... BUT THEN... I found about 30 reviews that were added by our AWESOME CUSTOMERS - and they make up 999 out of 1000 members. So here's what I personally think: It's GREAT being able to show the good, the bad and the super nasty ugly. It gives us a chance to show what we have done for them and how much we appreciate them. We get a chance to show our personality to everyone shopping the site! And... we get to shine a light on the crappy customers too! (Our good people - which is almost everyone - will rise up with those 5 stars.) Woooooo hoooooo.... this is just so awesome!!!!! Many thanks!!!! Sally at www.sewing.school PS...
