I'm such a huge fan of this app. Its easy to use and relatively cheap, even at the pro level. It's a fantastic concept and has really increased the marketability of my site. The number of reviews has gone up exponentially (from one a week to 5 a day). This hasn't necessarily resulted in boosted sales directly attributed but for SEO, Instagram and credibility is has been great. My customers enjoy leaving the reviews and take great care over them. The support team have also been super quick and helpful. The only reason it doesn't get a solid 5/5 is that the integration with google could be better, there is recently a workaround and if it comes through - hello full marks.

We have been using Loox reviews since the very beginning, and they are awesome. Excellent support, and the app works just as described. The only downside is the price for new customers.

Great app have been using this for many months now. Very helpful staff sorted out a small issue i had. Only wish some more features are available on the basic plan - Your features are available depending on how many sales you make and therefore what tier you choose. If we are paying for a plan based on our number of sales, why have more features for only sellers who sell more? Seems unfair.

2800 is the latest update, we have thousands of reviews now It's working well for us at www.chiacharge.co.uk The images on the reviews page and on the product pages , look ind of like the Amazon rating system, so it's a simple visual check for new consumers. We've got hundreds of positive reviews now :)

Great customer support. Very responsive people. We got lots of reviews with photos. It helps our sales a lot because our product depends on customer feedback.

Great and responsive service when needed. It feels like the people behind the app really care about its success but also about your shop's success. this is VERY IMPORTANT when running your own business and need things to happen fast.
