The best! It is a simple program that increase to install. The reviews look nice and clean. Also the biggest plus about loox is that any time I can reached out to them with questions, the just fixed the problem. Imagine that!! Even when it meant updating my code a little to make the product work better for my site. Love it!!!

Shopify should include this app to all subscribers. The layout is clean and the photo uploads to the review is a genius idea. The same concept is adopted with Amazon and if it works with Amazon than it is a must with all websites. Installation was easy. We had over 2,000 reviews on Amazon and wanted to transfer them to our website and Loox was more than accommodating in helping us out. We have been looking for a review app for our website that fit our theme and this is it. Since our install we are getting 5-8 reviews daily from our customers. We offer 25% off for photo reviews. I am sure we will get more reviews in the coming weeks. Great App! Great Customer Service. Looking for a lot relationship with Loox.

This is the best reviews app for us! It s very modem design, easy to use and i am surprised how many customers actually take their time to review. It's encouriging due to its simplicity, and cool design.

Loox is amazing, There were few features we have been interested in such as aggregating reviews by pages, or letting clients post pictures in reviews. For the volume we have one competitors pricing is 50 times more. At less than $5 a month, this is amazing value. Great support too.

We absolutely love this app! It automatically sends a message to customers, and they also get an incentive to add a photo to the review. It works like a charm, we even made a dedicated Reviews page in our shop. Highly, highly recommended!

Getting great results with this app. Love how it emails customers for a reminder to review. We don't do fashion, but were able to adjust it to fit our niche.

I love the app and I love that customers can see my product in "real" pictures before buying. The support has been phenomenal as I needed all of my reviews migrated to a new site. I'm very pleased that I made the switch to Loox a couple of months ago.

Just installed the app a couple of days ago after investigating a variety of other product reviews apps on Shopify. Yoni was quick to email me back on a Sunday when I had a question and completed helped me out with updating all our previous customer reviews the same day. Emails are set to backdate to our customers in the hopes that we can get more reviews. This automated email system just freed up an extra hour for me everyday. We got our first review 3 days after we installed it. Very happy.
