the best app to collect reviews with photos by far. We tried many other but loox if definitively the best one to have

Made a mistake and Loox was able to fix it, love the product! Definitely will use it moving forward on all my stores.

Amazing and simple review app. What is good is even with the free plan you can already access to many features already. Like import reviews from .cvs, it's a big deal. Support is responsive and quick !

great. Could be cheaper though, specially for more advanced plans which gives you some basic stuff like customizing review request titles and logos.

Overpriced for what it is. There is better alternatives for a cheaper price, although Loox has been going the longest. The import AliExpress reviews feature is weak, only allows for 100 reviews at a time, and you can only import one of the images not multiple per review. The worst part is that you can't edit the text of the reviews, rendering most the aliexpress reviews as useless, because they are written in terrible grammar/translated and hurt your credibility more than they help. The app has a long history and credibility, although there is nothing special about this app that makes it stand out, and the competition is evolving much faster at a much better rate. Disappointed.

Super happy with this app! The loox team basically imported my apps for me literally within a few moment! I also had a problem with a troll and Dor helped me with that within a few mins of my initial correspondence!
