Love this app! Give style to my store customers love the emails & love to review my items and is super fashionable! Love it!

This is the best app that I've ever downloaded to my shopfiy and I've had my store for 3 years. I sell clothing as well as hair and it has been a tremendous help and I do believe it has boosted my sales! It is a perfect way to get customer feedback also unlike most apps my customers can provide pictures which is a huge selling point for me, especially for selling hair! I HIGHLY recommend this app! Especially while its still free lol

We are running a retail and wholesale online business related about acrylic clutch and shoes, we really want to engage with our customers by reviews, this company just provide what we exactly want, customers can uploate their image on it, also this can be recorded by Google search engine, they automatcially send review require email to customers, I never expect any customer will write reviews to us, but a week ago, we start got a lot of reviews with their pictures, I am sooo happy about that, excpet this, when you ask for helping, this company answer me and solve my problem in seconds, I couldn't believe I am using a free apps and get so wonderful features and customer service!

I installed this 2 days ago and in 2 days it has collected more reviews from me than YOPTO has in 2 months. So that is a major plus. Somethings that need improvement/features that would be helpful: 1. Ability to see/preview the email that gets sent and add branding (like logo etc) right now you can tell the app the text you want in the email, but cannot see the email, edit the subject, add logo etc. 2. Page in app to view and moderate all of the reviews that have been submitted. 3. Ability to respond to a review. So far though very happy with the response given that had the other review system did not get as many reviews sent as I have with LOOX so far. I also like that it lets people comment on the fit/size etc, which is specific to fashion/apparel. I also like that users can attached photos (but it is not required) and that incentives can be offered to encourage feedback.
