Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great app, easy to use and understand. We are very happy with it! I would recommend Loox and their Support has been sooooo helpful in assisting us with updating the code in our themes. Highly recommend the app, the support team, and thank you so much, LOOX!

We've been using it to get reviews on purchases of our products and it's been great. Easy to send and collect reviews and I'm beginning to get some converions on them.

I have tried many review app but Loox is by far the most complete and easy to use. The support is also very responsive and helpful!

Customer service gets 5 stars. Jemuel replied to my question in a matter of minutes. Obviously knowledgeable well prepared. No additional information required; it was very well handled. I only rated the app overall 4 stars because I need to periodically turn the pop-up widget off on mobile screens. It seems to come back on its own.

The app works very well. I'm getting many more photo reviews than through my own efforts. I think it's a little pricy to get all the features but the basic level works well enough.

Just used it for 1 day and loved it. Very easy-to-use dashboard and took like 10 minutes to set up.

Probably the best review app, has even better customer service. Shoutout to Dor who has been helping us with all queries since we started using loox.

Loox makes high quality reviews super easy! I tried a few different apps but ultimately Loox had easy to install widgets on the website and super customizable emails.

This app is awesome! The best reviews app so far. The support team is really responsive and is really patient in helping me to set things up. Highly recommended!

Loox was easy to setup and integrated well. However, their payment system is scummy and very well hidden. It may look like the app is well priced, but when you start to grow it costs insane amounts of money--Loox charges you an ADDITIONAL $40 for every 400 review request emails that you send over the 300 email threshold. That's one costly email!

Werkt goed en ziet er mooi uit op de website. Het is ook handig dat mensen automatisch een mail krijgen om een foto review achter te laten en dan meteen een kortingscode krijgen.

So far I'm loving the configuration. Setting it up is like a breeze. Just waiting to see the conversion magic.

I use the app to help collect customer reviews. It's very helpful. I am considering using the upgraded version to get access to more tools.
