Mara was amazing, she responded very quickly to my email and was able to help me resolve the issue I was having . I highly recommend her and Loox.

I used this app to upload reviews and receive reviews from customers. Great app. I am not familiar with our app reviews but this one does the job.

easy integration. not sure about the pricing model but it is helping add some social proof so lets see if it helps increase conversions

Loox is a really great app for collecting and displaying real customer reviews. The process for the customer that is writing a review is really thought out and done like a little funnel. There support is really fast and helped me out when I had some questions.

good but expensive for small business like myself. Should offer a free version so that small businesses can thrive.

good. has really helped us obtain social proof. I like that the templates can also easily be personalised. Improvements still needed for searching past customers/orders to manually resend the review request with the already edited template, rather than having to start from scratch.

This app charged me $99 every month for less than 100 emails. They never notice me about this to change plan. And their tech team is very unprofessional, the style and position of the review star kept being incorrect and I had to email them repeatedly to update it.
