I had some issues with uploading my own review file via .csv file and got great support via email. I highly recommend the app.

Best Review app I have used. The only thing I'd say is... (and i know this may defeat the point) I would like to have the option to provide a discount for a 4+ star review even if the customers hasn't posted a photo. Reason being, poeple do everything on the go now so they might want to leave a quick review whilst on the train for example but not in a postion to take a photo, then later forget. If im being blind and this feature is available please let me know. Thanks

It is a great app to import products reviews. I tried many free apps but they did not work. it is expanse but for 10$ with basic plan it is good

Ho usato questa chat per avere recensioni dai miei clienti e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto, l unica cosa che chiedo al Team è di integrare piu giorni di prova, in modo da poter avere piu tempo per creare il sito, senza dover investire ancora prima di partire.

What I like the most is that they have quick support theme and can directly fix your problem. Would be better if we were able import review with multi pictures.

I really love this app & how easy it is to use! I wish I could use it across all my platforms that I get supply from like dsers & dropcommerce. Also wish I could import reviews directly to my fb store as well. Other than that, I love it!

Très simple d'utilisation, fonctionne parfaitement. Petit bémol lorsqu'il y a plusieurs langues sur le site , faut choisir une langue pour les avis ou mélanger les langues, c'est à dire soit en français, soit tout en anglais, soit anglais et Français..

Love the app so far. Very easy install and integration with Shopify. Some features only available in upper tier plans.

I really like the app, it would be great only to be able to add the logo of the store with the basic plan. I understand the other personalisation features can be unlocked with an advanced plan, but at least the logo should be added in the basic version.

It's very easy to use. I just tried it out the first time and it was super easy to import the reviews onto my Shopify page.
