Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

This app is truly amazing and keeps getting better and better. We now use it across all of our e-commerce brands. It's well thought of and covers most of the common use-cases you will run into as an e-commerce operator. Most importantly, on the rare occasions when I needed support, the response time was almost immediate. Jen C is always here to make things super smooth for us on the support side. 5/5 stars for customer service — thank you so much to Ken S, Izza P, and Rain M for all their help! The user settings could definitely be improved (i.e. being able to change the review and star color schemes and settings per each page, or being able to change the widget color schemes per each page/widget), but the app is fantastic for collecting reviews from customers.
