Ich benutze die App schon länger, für die Bewertungen. Jetzt hatte ich aber ein kleines Problem, und der Kundenservice von Loox hat alles mögliche versucht und gemacht um mir zu helfen, man hat sich direkt aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Cette application a tout ce que l'on pourrait souhaiter d'une application pour récolter les avis. Chaque fois que nous nous sommes demandé si elle offrait une certaine fonctionnalité qui pourrait nous être utile, la réponse est oui. Très satisfait de Loox.
I downloaded the app it was very easy to use and did its job sufficiently and accurately. It has upgraded my store as expected.
I needed a quick answer to how to link my review to a specific product and received a solution almost instantly. Can't ask for any more than that:-)

Really scammy type of pricing. We just want basic reviews and they've made us upgrade. Will be deleting it. There are far better options Still having problems - their integration doesn't work well with Google Ads which is a big issue.

When we installed Loox reviews and added it to our site, it gave the webshop a new life, customers really enjoyed leaving us a review and it increased our sales immediately.
Made a mistake and Loox was able to fix it, love the product! Definitely will use it moving forward on all my stores.
Amazing and simple review app. What is good is even with the free plan you can already access to many features already. Like import reviews from .cvs, it's a big deal. Support is responsive and quick !
