great. Could be cheaper though, specially for more advanced plans which gives you some basic stuff like customizing review request titles and logos.

Overpriced for what it is. There is better alternatives for a cheaper price, although Loox has been going the longest. The import AliExpress reviews feature is weak, only allows for 100 reviews at a time, and you can only import one of the images not multiple per review. The worst part is that you can't edit the text of the reviews, rendering most the aliexpress reviews as useless, because they are written in terrible grammar/translated and hurt your credibility more than they help. The app has a long history and credibility, although there is nothing special about this app that makes it stand out, and the competition is evolving much faster at a much better rate. Disappointed.

I used Loox with my Shopify store and it has exceeded our expectations. I love the ability to customize emails and we are getting GREAT results - hundreds and hundreds of reviews - MANY OF THEM PHOTO REVIEWS which bodes well for our marketing. I have also utilized their support services and have learned so much with their personal "assistants" for lack of a better term. Shir has been fabulous and has helped me capitalize on the features I didn't even know existed! LOVE!

Loox is awesome! Really easy plugin to use with Shopify. I love that you can customize the font on your site and that customers can add photos, too. The only thing I'd say, it is PRICEY. Especially for a small business owner. Having the basic plan ($10) is plenty to spend on a review plugin I feel, but I'm constantly unable to send out more review emails because I exceed the 100 order a month threshold.

this is a wicked good app! it's created a bunch of reviews for us with photos and customer interaction and SALES! we LOVE IT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

great app, switched from other app without problem and even transfer the reviews. This is a million times better and cheaper :)
