Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

After considering the app for almost a year I am very happy I installed it and started collecting reviews! It does its job very well! I'm now also able to share the reviews with google shopping automatically through Loox Feed.

Killer support! Jemuel jumped in and helped us implement Loox perfectly into the site within hours of my request. I was surprised how fast he was able to fix the cosmetic issues with Loox. I can't recommend Loox strongly enough to Shopify merchants.

Great app and works with any theme. Its great for customers to see the photos too- adds that extra bit of trust that gets them over the line!

Overall, I'm quite pleased. Customer service has been top notch, a rarity I'm finding with the App Store. I wish the customer reviews were sortable as our reviews are excellent, but I think you either choose a sortable-review app, or the visual one. If the latter, can't beat Loox.

Great app and excellent support. Had problems configuring it both on my theme and on google, so I contacted support and in less than 24 hours they logged on them and set it properly!!

There are plenty of great review apps out there. What I like about Loox is it's an affordable option to collect and showcase photo reviews. And it's easy to set up and use. Just hoping it's soon able to become a Google Seller Ratings Partner.

The app is simply marvellous, installation was easy-peasy, the interface is very smooth as well as functionality! It even becomes very addictive - to seat and update reviews page to see what my customers think about my products and service. Wow! Last time I felt smth similar was when I created my profile on Facebook way back then in 2009!

Does what it says on the tin. So far it's brilliant. Switched from Yotpo and haven't looked back. The layout of the reviews is so much better visually.
