I recently encountered an issue with a deprecated API warning on my website and reached out to Loox support. Sara was incredibly responsive and helpful, keeping me informed throughout the process. Thanks to her and the development team, the issue was quickly resolved. Thank you, Sara, for your excellent support and the 30-day free trial offer. good app for reviews but terrible terrible support. Not people themselves, but it is very hard to find the chat window and then get to recent conversations which is very annoying.

I had a problem with my reviews, and got in touch with jemuel form luux support team. He helped me immediately with my problem and it got fixed with in an hour. The reviews also looks good in my webshop
