I have reached the 500-order limit, and I'm being asked to upgrade to a higher plan. However, I don't need the features offered in the higher plan — the Beginner plan is sufficient for me. The 500-order limit should be removed! Because of this, I will start using a different app. Please notify me if the limit is ever lifted.
Hey, Happy to clarify this. The Beginner plan is designed to provide new merchants with the necessary tools while starting their business, and is limited to 500 orders once the free trial ends. While limited to 500 orders, merchants who reach this limit will still be able to access their admin and use the plan's features. Domerly was very quick in responding to my issue with being unable to add the referrals app embed to a page, putting forward a solution that took me a matter of seconds to implement. Great service!

We recently moved from a super clunky referral platform. It was hard to use and never looked good therefore never delivered any ROI for us. We launched Loox quickly and really easily - it looked attractive and was easy to use with templates and support. We received over 40 reviews in the first week which was amazing to understand customer feedback but also to quickly populate our website with some amazing reviews & photos. As a bonus, the referral programme has also delivered in two weeks what the other platform didn't in 6 months. Super happy!
