New user for Loox, comprehensive tools and widgets. Transitioning from Yotpo, so far so good, we will see how the trial goes! Update: Ease of use and options continue to impress me. Best I have tried!

I used Loox to import review from Alixxx, and also to offer customer review with 15 percent discount. It's great and intuitive app, easy to use. I highly recommended for shopify user.

I love this app and I have been used it but I was thinking if the app is available for more pics and our store owners can reply back to the reviews and it will show on the site, this will be the best review app in the world! In this way, potentiencial customers can see how the customer and store owners are interacting with each other.

how can I stop receiving emails from every review of each customer in my store? cause my emails have soo many notifications and i can't prioritize the orders
Hey, Amit from the Loox team here - thank you for your feedback! I just wanted to let you know how this can be solved and that our support team is always happy to help :) In your email settings (for example in Gmail), you can create a filter to automatically archive certain reviews based on the rating. Since the review notifications show their ratings in the email subject, you can filter emails by the text of their subject. For example, you can filter all emails with ratings 2 and 3 to be automatically archived, and all emails with ratings 1, 4 and 5 to go directly to your inbox.
