Be careful with this app. It draws you in with the beginner plan, but once you reach the quota, a number of limitations appear that were never clearly explained when signing up. Communication then becomes extremely poor, and I was given incorrect information on more than one occasion. Although they say you can continue using the beginner plan, you are required to complete multiple steps every time just to access the Loox app. Most of the time these steps aren’t even available, which means you can’t actually use the app. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE SEARCHING FOR A MORE RELIABLE LONG-TERM REVIEW SOLTUION

The customer service team is amazing and I could not recommend them more highly. I reached out to them via the chat and Rina responded and had review stars added to my collection pages exactly how I envisioned them within just a few moments. I am beyond impressed. Would recommend. Thank you.
