Very easy to use and definitely increases brand trust. Loox’s customer service is AMAZING ! Whenever we encounter an issue, Jen, Ed, Molly or Sara respond within minutes to solve our issue. We highly recommend Loox !

It took quite awhile to get a response but once they responded, they answered my question and gave me step by step directions to update what I was needing to update.

Kim is very competent. I just gave him an overview of my problem and he managed to triangulate the issue and fix the code of my websites without putting our live websites at risk. I am not a coder, and I know how difficult it is to have a customer support that can modify a code for their clients for FREE. This skillset requires a huge payment if its someone else because it means hiring them to fix the problem. He deserves a raise.
