Love it, really meaningful, so customers can have an idea to go forward or end up. Even its valuable that a store owner can import the views of the customer about their products from all platforms.

Exceptional support from Dan and the Loox team I contacted Loox about a historical review sync issue affecting our Shopify store. Dan picked it up, clearly explained what was happening, ran a full backfill and resync, and had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours. What impressed me most was that this all happened over a weekend. We’ve used Loox for years and have accumulated a significant number of customer reviews, so getting the historical data correctly synced into Shopify was important to us. I checked our catalogue afterwards and everything is now syncing exactly as it should. A huge thank you to Dan A. for the incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and efficient support. It’s rare to receive this level of service, particularly over a weekend. Genuinely impressive.
