I love the app! Being able to have customers' dog videos and pictures with reviews on my website brings the products alive. I have much more to explore about Loox however first impressions are very favourable. Excellent customer support too, which is key. I needed some technical help and as a small business I rely on good IT support when needed (as I'm not a techie!). The Loox app is backed up with excellent customer support - I can't fault it - and this support, not the price, is my deciding factor in keeping the app after the trial period is over. I look forward to seeing how this app contributes to the success of my business. Thanks!

I’ve been using Loox for 5-6 years now, and it’s been fantastic! Joyce has been incredibly helpful and responsive on a recent support ticket (they always reply in a couple of hours at the latest). I’ve already recommended Loox to several other stores because of how smooth the experience has been. The best of the best.
