It’s terrrbly expensive and I hate paying so much for this app. I had to cancel it today

A great app, we've been using this on a number of our websites for quite a few years now. It's getting better all the time, too. The support is great.
Complete scam do not use this platform, they charge you 40$ for every 300 orders you get, for doing NOTHING. no sending reviews, no nothing, just a flat 40$ per 300 orders. the audacity for a review app to do that is astounding.
