Very happy with the app. I needed extra help to manually add the widget to the product pages and Jemuel and Kim were extremely helpful and fast. Before I knew it, it was up and running. Getting quick responses is important to me and I am very pleased. The app is easy to customize and you can make it do what you need it to do. Very simple to make adjustments that fit your needs and desires. OVERALL - VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Just OK. Overpriced for what it does. There are other options that do the same that don't cost as much.

The app is not only helpful for my business, but the customer service is excellent. Jemuel was able to quickly help me with an issue I was having, and provided screenshots to walk me through how to resolve it. I’ve had a great experience with Loox and am happy to have this as a tool for my small business.

Uninstalled it and got charged! Not sure how that happened. How do I even get ahold of someone from this company to rectify it??? Super frustrated.
