So far I give it a 4 only do to the initial response time from customer service. I requested assistance and got a response right away, but my case was escalated and I didn’t hear back for days. I needed to make a decision and move forward. However, once I was out into contact with Sara F. And Rotem, they were very helpful and timely in their responses. 5 stars for the reviews already coming in and their assistance, but I do think there is room for improvements based on ability to customize without having to go through support. - so that is why 4 stars.

I’ve encountered ongoing issues with Google Merchant Center suspending my store for “Misrepresentation” after installing and using the Loox app. Despite compliance across my store’s policies and product data, the integration appears to trigger violations. If you’re actively advertising with Google Shopping, proceed with caution and monitor your account closely after enabling this app.

I see that the Google Shopping integration was not yet set up for your account, which means no information was sent to Google on behalf of your store. Our Google Shopping integration is available from the Scale plan and up. Loox came highly recommended from fellow ecommerce store owners, so I made the switch. Just setting up but I'm confident loox will be able to pull in reviews I haven't yet been able to get.
