LoyaltyLion has been really solid for building customer loyalty and repeat purchases. The setup is flexible enough to match different business needs, and it integrates well with Shopify and our other tools. What stands out most is the support the team is responsive and actually helpful when you need guidance or want to optimize your program. It’s been easy to manage day to day, and we’ve seen clear engagement from customers using points and rewards. If you’re looking for a reliable loyalty platform that scales and doesn’t feel overly complicated, LoyaltyLion is a strong choice.

We just migrated from Yotpo to Loyalty Lion and I must say we love it. Loyalty Lion is so easy and self explanatory, it has so many good features and integration possibilities. We especially love the POS integration! It works perfectly. Thank you Team LL for the continues help!

Sathiya has been such a great help for Discount 70! We've been able to effortlessly import customers from our other platform when switching to Shopify. The directions are clear on how the rewards system works, and the customer service has been impeccable! Sometimes it's a bit of a wait - just on weekends/getting back to business days, but once Monday hits, our questions are answered with clarity and efficency.

Team is very helpful and the software has been a great addition to our business. It takes 3-6 months to set up and we saw great results after 6-12 months. BUT its been well worth it

This apps works great until I noticed that their SDK causing performance throttling. They have added their Font inside the SDK, and this is impacting performance issue. There is an option to that you can disable custom fonts in SDK but it is actually not working. I have address this to support and they told me that this feature is not available for Free users. Basically they are slowing your website if you are not Paid customer. They are misleading their Free tier and false advertise about their Tier features. dissapointed.

To clarify, we do not degrade performance for Free plan users in any way. The LoyaltyLion widget is designed to be lightweight and easy to install for free plan businesses starting out, and this is the first report we have received regarding a performance issue related to font loading. We’re exploring options to hide the "disable font" setting that aren’t applicable to the Free plan. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving the experience for all merchants. Have been using the app for years and was satisfied, however the price increases are outrageous and there's 0 chance that i would pay them $200 a month when we have been on a free plan for ages. The Predatory price increase is insane, time to find a new loyalty program that will be loyal to its users.

Jason L. was a dream to work with — incredibly patient with all of our questions, customizations, and *very* short implementation window. We were able to make our rewards program exactly what we wanted and are looking forward to future growth of the program, both for our customers, and alongside LoyaltyLion as a partner.

Great help with setting everything up, you get a dedicated onboarding manager that helps from the start to the moment you go live. Afterwards, the account manager and customer service are quick and helpful as well. Everything is set-up to a basic level and you have the freedom to edit this to your own personal wishes with your own team. It does take a little while to start returning your investment, but if you have the ability to stomach the first couple of months, the results in terms of order frequency, AOV and CLV are incredible!

She guided us through every step of setup and launch with calm confidence, clarity, and genuine care. On go-live day, when the pressure was high, she handled everything with composure and speed, offering practical solutions without any fluff. We have worked with Reya El Thaalabi in getting onboarded and set up with Loyalty Lion, and she has been fantastic! I love that we were able to customize all of our pages to fit our branding, and the automatic emails have been fantastic! My only wish is that we could send birthday email reward notifications directly through Loyalty Lion, as with the other rewards, verses through our own mailing system.
