Amazing experience! Loyalty Lion met our expectations. At the beginning, we were skeptical, especially because there are so many similar competitors on the market. But they are the leaders in their industry for a reason, and when they said that they like to "exceed our promises," they were speaking the truth. Together with Jason, our representative from Loyalty Lion, we managed to launch our program smoothly within a few weeks and have a fully functional program for our customers. Also, whenever we had issues or questions, the response rate was so fast, and they always found a solution for us. Having this from the mouth of a user who has worked with dozens of apps on Shopify, I need to say that nowadays it's hard to find this type of quality. So I strongly recommend it.

We've had Loyalty Lion for a couple of years now. We recently started working with a new account manager called Vicky Vitkay who has helped us understand current performance and has also gone through key recommendations to optimise. Super helpful and always happy to help. We're looking forward to optimising our accounts.

Onboarding with Jonny was great, he offered a lot of insight that helped us kick off a successful program and really customize the little things in a useful way. We are still early in the program but we have been impressed with the initial results.

So far, so good! Libby was a terrific onboarding manager who helped us get everything set up with minimal fuss or issues. And thus far the software is working exactly as promised. Early signs indicate that it is improving our overall customer economics too!

Best in class software – you get what you pay for. Very willing to help during the onboarding process to get you started on the right foot. It does take a while to get the program set up, but hopeful that it will pay off over time!

Not a good review from me. Their prices for paid version was ridiculous to me but I thought I’d try the free version. I work a full time job Monday thru Friday and usually don’t start working on my website until 6 pm and they are already closed. Not good business for me if I have technical issues during the later times. They should have after hours technical support. I followed all the instructions but the loyalty program would never display on my Shopify store. After an hr of trying anything to correct it, I switched over to another loyalty program. It has less orders per month but at least I can get ahold of someone after hours through a messenger and not have to email someone and wait 6 or more hours to hear from someone. I thought the woman I emailed was a little on the rude side. I’ve been working on computers since I was 5. I’m not a dummy when it comes to following online instruction and for her to tell me they don’t have a glitch on their end kinda swerved me in a direction that I don’t want to use them now or in the future. Maybe other people can use this service but definitely wasn’t a pleasant adventure for me.

We just started using them in November and so far, so good. There was a lot to learn from the get-go and we are continuing to learn how to best use the app to its fullest capabilities, but I must say if there's one thing that they do really well it is customer service. Sathiya is the rep that I have mostly interacted with, and she is quick to respond and always gives a detailed and thorough explanation.

I've been using this app for loyalty services, and I highly recommend it. It provides excellent support and assistance in setting up the system, along with creative ideas to keep improving our loyalty program. The only drawback is that we can't schedule rules to automatically enable offers and promote events. Other than that, it's a fantastic tool for enhancing customer loyalty.

We have just launched our rewads program with Loyalty Lion. When we were at the stage of chosing an app, we decided to go with Loyalty Lion because they were the only ones who spoke clearly of how this can help us achieve our targets. Freya helped us during the onboarding period and it was great to have her guide us throuhg everything. So far the app is working wel and we had our first customers already redeeming points.

I'm very happy with both the product and the service. Let's start with the product: It is easy to add triggers and rewards, it's also a very clear dashboard to find results. We're seeing high activation rates through our LoyaltyLion program. It's also reasonably easy to Service-wise: I feel like a valued customer, and I get good feedback from Vicky, our account manager on what we're doing and where we can do even better. In all: thoroughly recommend this app.

We moved from another loyalty program to Loyalty Lion and had a great experience with the migration. Our onboarding manager Sammy helped us throughout the process and that made the journey so much easier. So far the app is working well, no particular issues. I particularly enjoy their analytics dashboard that helps us understand the impact of the program on our DTC business. Having used 2 loyalty apps before I find Loyalty Lion to be the most robust and comprehensive out of all 3. We're finally happy with the app we use and don't need to migrate again.

We've been shopping around for a suitable loyalty program for quite some time. While many programs offer great interfaces and great design options loyalty lion really convinced us with outstanding service right from the get-go. Response time was super quick, design options were as good as anywhere else, and the features are great. The onboarding was smooth and very supportive. We've received every help and support we needed, and the turnaround time was very quick. We are very happy having chosen loyalty lion as our partner.

We are very happy with Loyalty Lion, as it provides a wide range of easily integrated features to engage and foster customer loyalty. The programme is generally very user-friendly, especially when it comes to customer management or setting up rules and rewards. Some areas for improvement include internal user management (currently, users can only be deactivated, not deleted), the set up of new users (we've encountered some issues with password creation here) and the usability of some integrations, like Reviews.io. Despite these minor drawbacks, the support from our Customer success Manager (Vicky) is consistently excellent, and we always look forward to our quarterly business reviews with her.

Quick and effective customer service! We have been with Loyalty Lion for a couple of years now but I would definitely say the best thing about it is that the customer service is quick and effective. The team will pick up on whatever is needed and will give you a fast response. Overall I would recommend them to any companies that need a solution for customer retention or lower costs in acquisition.

Sent a help question on Tuesday 7th - Duraan replied on Wednesday giving me the help I needed. The direction he gave me was very easy to follow and led me directly to what I needed .... Thank you. Only thing was there was no help readily available to answer my question for our senior management.
