The loyalty Lion R&R programme has been very good for us to measure and reward our VIP customers. The platform itself is quite easy to navigate and they always update it to be the most user frienly possible and update reporting. Hannah has been great at taking us through our successes and how to imporve the programme further and she is always proactively sharing updates and benchmarks for us to measure against. She's been great and very responsive on all emails and calls.

Our onboarding experience was so great! Our rep, Freya Morrison, was so resposive and helped us every step of the way! Seriously couldn't have had a better experience setting up our Loyalty Program.

Loyalty Lion is a fantastic loyalty program that has added tremendous value to our business. It's incredibly easy to set up and manage, and our customers love the rewards they receive. The platform allows us to engage with our customers in a meaningful way and keep them coming back for more. The analytics and reporting tools are also very helpful in tracking the program's success. Overall, Loyalty Lion has been a game-changer for our customer retention efforts, and we highly recommend it to other businesses looking to boost customer loyalty.

We worked with the Loyalty Lion team to launch our rewards program. we have been working with them for a year now and I am very happy with their support, education, and guidance. Jason and Luana have been a massive help to us. We had to navigate through our store's complicated systems to find a solution that made sense for our business. They were able to support us after hours when we launched due to our time difference and were very responsive to any issues or last-minute questions we had. I also wanted to mention they have an abundance of content for our design team to work with which helped massively.

We've loved switching over to LoyaltyLion and working with Vicky as a CSM! She has been extremely helpful with recommendations to help us get some quick wins, as well as helping to think of longer-term improvements. In general Loyalty Lions support team has been extremely helpful and gives great step-by-step instructions on how to use their platform and make any customizations.

Loyalty Lion is exactly what we needed from a rewards program - offering currency conversion, as well as many other features which their competitors could not. From sales to onboarding with Jason (who's fantastic, by the way), we've been incredibly well supported in bringing our dream loyalty program to life. We had a great experience onboarding LoyaltyLion Rewards program on our site, with a very quick turnaround. Our onboarding manager dove right in and gave us great ideas, support in setting up the backend and was very quick to answer any technical questions we had. We are excited to see how this program works for our brand and website, but so far onboarding LoyaltyLion has been a seamless, easy and quick experience.

The onboarding support that we received throughout the integration of the app with our store was excellent: the team were accessible, swift with their communication and extremely helpful. The app itself has only been running for a short while, so too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but first impressions are good and we like the fact that we can customise certain elements to make the look our own, and we also like that integrates with our mail program.

Sammy Newton has been nothing short of extraordinary in our onboarding process. He's been so patient and guiding through our process. He's been proactive in checking in on our launch progress and has been so helpful in answering ALL the many questions I threw at him. We also restructured our program in the middle of launch and he was super helpful during everything. He's been such a pleasure to work with too!

He was super helpful from a strategy standpoint and was quickly able to guide us on any questions related to best practices and loyalty page customizations.
