Very happy with the app - also to the quick response and a solution from LL to issues or questions that pop up. Some teething issues still with free shipping working 100% of the time with the loyalty points, but we are getting there!

Terrible. My account did not work for 6 months. They never helped and no refund for it. They still have not responded to me.

From the start, Loyalty Lion has been great and so supportive with our Loyalty Program. Ellie has been supporting us from launch, and each monthly call she comes prepared with helpful analytics and answers all my questions when needed. I'm excited to continue working with Loyalty Lion!

For our small team, jumping into a full-service loyalty program seemed daunting to say the least. Vicky and the LL team were of great service during the onboarding process, which gave us confidence that we could get this program off the ground. In the months after launch, we had questions about email flows and analytics that Vicky responded to quickly and throughly. This responsiveness and care is what we look for in a company with integrity.

New to Loyaltylion, we are still exploring the App but so far it is a robust and user-friendly app. The integration and services are working smoothly. Also, our Onboarding manager Libby is very helpful and supportive.

So far, Sam and Ellie have been super helpful with process of re-launching our loyalty program. We aren't quite there yet, but their knowledge and superb level of communication have made it easy and enjoyable. They also share excitement and enthusiasm for our project which is always a plus. We can't wait to fully launch to see the reaction of our members and hopefully, increased metrics!

We've been having a great experience with LoyaltyLion with the guidance of Hannah Yaffe. She's been providing us with amazing support and feedback to all our program needs. Our experience with LoyaltyLion has been amazing from start to finish. We were comparing a bunch of providers and after speaking with LoyaltyLion it became clear that they were going to be the best by far at supporting us. Jason Leader has not let us down, he's helped us with a million queries and has no hesitation to jump on a call whenever we need him - this is so important when implementing something substantial into a business. We have only recently signed up for Loyalty Lion and so far I have been nothing but impressed with the platform, integrations and the service. Our implantation partner Jonathan has been so incredibly helpful in ensuring that we are utilizing best practices but also that the program aligns with our brand values. We spoke to a lot of loyalty programs before moving forward with LL and we are so glad that we chose them as our partner. 10/10 would recommend.

Installed the program about 4 months ago, but the feedback from clients is very poor. Contacted the sales rep who sold it to me and asked 2 questions: 1. If we can analyse the bad performance together, but very disappointing I was being told LoyaltyLion doesn't do "performance" calls. This was the same person I spoke to about 40 times before signing up for one year. 2. Asked him how can I cancel my subscription (don't want any unexpected auto-renewals) and again very disappointing I was told I need to contact support. Contacted support few days ago but until now no answer. Find it kind of strange all this companies where you can not actually cancel what you signed for with a click of a button. 3. The widget button covers the call to action on my cart drawer, asked them how can I move the widget up and I was told at the moemnt this is not possible. To sumarize: cancelation policy not very clear, program doesn't perform well and the widget button covers the Checkout button ! Very, very disapointed ! Don't recommend this app !
