LoyaltyLion Loyalty Program

We integrated Loyalty Lion recently and it was an absolute pleasure working with our onboarding manager Jason. The platform speaks for itself but the communication and work from Jason was top notch.

Our Account Manager, Hannah, has just conducted a thorough QBR - outlining performance since launching the programme and ways we can improve our success. I look forward to seeing performance ramp up over the coming months when we move into our second quarter, and see the impact the programme has on LTV.

We´ve been working with Loyaltylion app for a few years now and it has definitely helped us bring in more revenue. Our clients love to purchase knowing they will win points and have a discount for future purchases. The customer service is great and on our plan we count with a specialist that gives us new ideas and we can have monthly meetings to revise all the features and see if there is room for improvement.

Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

Everyone at Loyalty Lion has been amazing to work with from launch to maintenance. Hannah has been a great strategic partner assisting us in finding creative, tactical ways to leverage the program to meet our company goals. Our customers love the ease with which they can turn their regular purchases into valued savings and our e-commerce sales metrics are steadily improving as a result of the platform.

Jason was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty program we used. We have added Loyalty Lion to both our websites. Will update a few months in once we have further data on how well the programs work.

Hannah has been an incredible help, taking the time to understand our brand and requirements to optimising our loyalty scheme.

Libby was very helpful through the whole onboarding process, with prompt replies to any questions we had during the setup even with the large time difference ! We have just launched so havent seen huge results as of yet but very excited to see where we end up with a couple more tweaks to the program, everything looks promising so far. Good amount of intergrations to work with.

I've been using LoyaltyLion for about two years now for two different organization. It's a really great and easy to use platform. It's so user friendly, which really helps when there's training cross-functionally! It's also a great platform if you're running an international rewards program, as you can easily toggle between each country you're managing. I've been able to set up an entire new loyalty rewards program as well as revamp one for a different brand through this! Their CSMs are also incredibly responsive. Our rep especially, Hannah Cook, has been absolutely amazing at helping us through a really intense relaunch of our program, putting absolute care and thoughtfulness into the relaunch as if it were her own brand. She has been an amazing extension of our team!

It has been a flawless experience! Very happy to be working with Hannah Yaffe on our site, she has been so resourceful and attentive to ensure all things are running smoothly. On top of that, she has gone above and beyond to propose ways to improve our current program and educate on us on all the features of loyalty lion.

We're currently implementing Loyalty Lion and we're having an amazing experience -especially because of Jonathan's great service during our onboarding process. He's extremely friendly and patient - and super serviceminded. It's a pleasure working with him and Loyalty Lion and we're super exited to finally launch our loyalty programme in the nearest future. We love working with Loyalty Lion! Their platform is by far the best rewards program out there. Their team is super helpful and very kind. They only want to see your rewards program succeed, so they do whatever they can to help. There's some slight issues with developers not being available if you need something fixed, so it can be a little manual in that way. Otherwise, we love Loyalty Lion and wouldn't use anyone else for my rewards program. I've been working with the same account manager for the last 2 years and we're so happy Hannah hasn't been swapped out for another CSM. She's THE BEST. She knows our account very well, which is a huge benefit for our program + this platform.

Kicked off our rewards program today and so far so good. Onboarding has been very smooth thanks to LoyaltyLion "success manager", Jonathan, and the whole Roswell Studios team.

I migrated over to LL from Smile and I am very impressed with the level of support from the onboarding team. Jason was my onboarding specialist and success manager and he was always available to help me make important decisions or to run the numbers on what would make our program most successful. Luckily, he was able to show me many ways to improve our current system and I am very happy that I made the switch.

I would definitely recommend Loyalty Lion to Shopify store owners. Our onboarding consultant Jonathan was outstanding during the whole process. The Loyalty Lion team was truly a strategic partner in helping us craft and establish our loyalty program. We tailored the rewards page significantly, so we were thankful that they provide wonderful documentation for customizing the rewards portal. Happy customer!

Loyalty Lion has been great for our store. We have used it for about a year and are now even restructuring our loyalty program to make it work even better for us. Hannah has been amazing the whole way through. Having several meetings with us to review how the program is doing and how we can improve it. She is also always there to help us with any technical difficulties.

Our loyalty app for the past 2-3 years, I believe. They are pretty decent. Got probably the most integrations with other tools. There could be more upgrades to their dashboard as it looks the same since day one. Definitely not the cheapest solution. Namita is very helpful suggesting improvements to the program, the points/rewards structure. Definitely appreciate that.

Have been trying to remove app from my store for days now and cancel my subscription. There’s no way to remove the app yourself with out the developer contacting you first . I’ve left several message with the app that I want to cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store but I’m being ignored . This app is very expensive over $400 a month and impossible to remove once installed . Shopify support is no help on this issue either . Please cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store .
