Not a great start. We have installed the app and we are stuck on the onboarding screen which we cannot switch off. There is no "x" or "close" button. Chat support exists but they are replying very slowly and unwilling to help. It has been the second day of "using" or even not using the app and we cannot do anything.

The reason for seeing the onboarding screen which is stopping you from moving forward is due to exceeding the allotted order volume limit for the free plan (800 orders). We are actively trying to engage with you on the situation and hope we hear back from your team soon so that we will be able to support/assist further

Our team has had a great experience with LoyaltyLion so far. Our Success Manager, Hannah has been a true delight. We've been able to launch unique campaigns to really get our customers interested in signing up for rewards!

We have just launched with Loyalty Lion and they have been an amazing help so far with getting our programme up and running. They have a wealth of 'how to guides that are also very helpful. Everyone on the team has been super responsive, especially our onboarding manager Luana. She has held our hand every step of the way!

Loyalty Lion has been a pleasure to work with. The support team has been super responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly! We are a few weeks in to our launch of Loyalty Lion! The program, the platform, the setup, the onboarding queen, Libby!!!! All around it was a wonderful experience and I am excited to see the customer interaction we get with our loyalty program. 10/10 recommend

Be careful, there is no way to cancel. And once you try you'll get the runaround by one sales persona after another.

Our onboarding manager Luana Stoica has been very accommodating throughout our setup process. We encountered some difficulties along the way, but Luana always came through with helpful tips and guided us through everything. We just launched the program, so we'll see how it goes but so far, so good.

Just launched our program and it was surprisingly easy. Our Loyalty Lion onboarding manager Jonathan McCarthy went above and beyond and provided more help and resources than we even needed. So far so good! We'll see how well it augments our profits in a few months from now but so far it's been easy, seamless with shopify, and our customers haven't had too many CS issues. Thanks Loyalty Lion!

Updated Review: We had a few hiccups at the beginning but these guys were able to turn it around. We are on our way to better performance for our Loyalty Program but we are not at 5 stars yet. Will update in a few weeks after the new improvements have been implemented. In Our Opinion, switching to Loyalty Lion has been a disaster. So far so bad. We've had Loyalty Lion for about nine months it really hasn't delivered for us. We did get help from the team to set it up, but after that, it's been completely lackluster. We see very few people joining the program and very few redemptions as well. Referrals have been so low that they are almost non-existent and in loyalty purchases, we are seeing a huge drop which is so big that we even feel shame to admit it. We were using Smile.IO before that had its limitations in our opinion, but it was definitely performing better for us for half the price. We can't honestly recommend them.

We are happy to renew the new points program using Loyalty Lion. Our Strategic CSM, Hannah, helped a lot to give us advice. The app also offers many types of voucher and discounts, so that we can deliver variety offers to our customers. I hope more functions will be added in the future :)

Very happy with the app - also to the quick response and a solution from LL to issues or questions that pop up. Some teething issues still with free shipping working 100% of the time with the loyalty points, but we are getting there!

Terrible. My account did not work for 6 months. They never helped and no refund for it. They still have not responded to me.

From the start, Loyalty Lion has been great and so supportive with our Loyalty Program. Ellie has been supporting us from launch, and each monthly call she comes prepared with helpful analytics and answers all my questions when needed. I'm excited to continue working with Loyalty Lion!

For our small team, jumping into a full-service loyalty program seemed daunting to say the least. Vicky and the LL team were of great service during the onboarding process, which gave us confidence that we could get this program off the ground. In the months after launch, we had questions about email flows and analytics that Vicky responded to quickly and throughly. This responsiveness and care is what we look for in a company with integrity.

So far, Sam and Ellie have been super helpful with process of re-launching our loyalty program. We aren't quite there yet, but their knowledge and superb level of communication have made it easy and enjoyable. They also share excitement and enthusiasm for our project which is always a plus. We can't wait to fully launch to see the reaction of our members and hopefully, increased metrics!
