I've been using this product for a while, and during my latest store sync, I ran into some issues. Mary provided excellent support; she was very patient and helped me step-by-step to get everything connected again. Great job!

Today I had to reach out to support regarding an issue. I must admit it was a pleasant experience. I was assigned Rhedd to help me guide through the steps. I was able to share my issue, get it raised in a ticket and got immediate support from the dev/technical teams all on a chat. Mailchimp is seriously raising bars for customer support.

My experience with MARZ today was wonderful. I tried to update my shop integration and got lost. Marz was so chill and explained things very simply & clearly and got me through it. Even when we got disconnected they found me again to confirm and check everything was running smoothly. Thanks Marz & Mailchimp.
