I had a good experience. We didn't really solve the issues as such, but I think it was a Shopify issue, not a MailChimp issue. The assistants I worked with were kind and patient and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience overall. Everything worked perfectly in the end, and the support team was truly excellent. They were very responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated how quickly they addressed my issue and made sure everything was resolved properly. It’s reassuring to receive such efficient and professional service.
