Jean has been such a patient and understanding Customer Support Agent. No matter how many times I disconnected myself from the chat, Jean patiently welcomed me back and was able to resolve the trouble I was having. Five stars and high fives for Jean!

Jean was great help! She help me restore my Mailchimp sync with my online store. Got disconnected quite a few times but she was able to pick up quickly after restoring connection.

I’m new to Mailchimp, and Lori was a tremendous help via chat. I accidentally disconnected a few times by clicking elsewhere, but each time I was able to reconnect with her. She patiently walked me through my challenges and addressed my pain points in a way that was easy to understand. I’m not very tech-savvy and tend to get overwhelmed, but Lori was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring throughout the process. Excellent customer service!
