David was absolutely amazing! He helped me with all my problems quickly and efficiently, and was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. His support made a big difference, and I really appreciate the way he went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

We've been a Mailchimp and Shopify user for several years. Recently ran into some syncing issues and after working with several support agents, we were connected to David. He was kind, patient & responsive and was finally able to resolve the issue for us. David gets 5 stars.

Dean was not able to solve my problem, because it's probably not actually a Mailchimp thing after all, but he was persistent in trying, even after I accidentally disconnected the chat twice!
