I had a really helpful support session with Nadz while setting up SMS sync between Shopify and Mailchimp. I was confused about why my SMS subscribers weren’t appearing in Mailchimp, even though they were opted in within Shopify. Nadz clearly explained how SMS consent works, why the sync wasn’t happening automatically, and the difference between phone numbers and actual SMS-marketing consent inside Mailchimp. She walked me through the correct process and clarified how to properly collect opt-ins using Mailchimp SMS forms. What I appreciated most was her patience and clarity.
