I had a great experience with Mailchimp Customer Support, especially with SEPH. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to solving my issue. We actually got disconnected during our chat, but instead of leaving it there, SEPH followed up, got back to me, and continued investigating until we found the root of the problem.
