Paul was my online support person... he was super helpful & walked me through the steps I needed to take patiently and effectively. He helped me troubleshoot an issue that I had spent days trying to fix on my own. I'm really grateful to have this type of service... I try to be as tech as possible but sometimes things are just outside my skill set. It's awesome to know that MailChimp have people like Paul to help us when we need! Thanks heaps :)
