Lori gave me great customer service!
I’m new to Mailchimp, and Lori was a tremendous help via chat. I accidentally disconnected a few times by clicking elsewhere, but each time I was able to reconnect with her. She patiently walked me through my challenges and addressed my pain points in a way that was easy to understand. I’m not very tech-savvy and tend to get overwhelmed, but Lori was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring throughout the process. Excellent customer service!

JEAN was awesome by helping me with my 2 questions regarding a SYNC between Shopify & Mailchimp. She found issue #1 was being worked on my developers and issue #2 I needed to be more patient because we have so much data. Overall, exceptional help!
