Spoke with Rhedd a few times and he was very helpful in explaining all the sync issues and how to take care of them.

Switched from automated emails using Shopify Flow, to Mailchimp. I wasn't seeing that the first automated flow was producing anything with Mailchimp and reached out to support to see if I had set it up correctly. David was my rep and he helped check everything over to confirm that I had indeed set things up correctly and he informed me of what to look out for when it came to which add-to-carts were going to go through the flow and not. David was very friendly and helpful and the chat functionality is very convenient.

Cyrus and Troy were very helpful. Cyrus even followed up with an email when our chat was suddenly disconnected to ensure that I had managed to fix the issue he had been helping me with. Great customer service!

She went above and beyond to make sure my issue was solved, and her professionalism and friendliness really stood out.
