I worked with Lori yesterday on an issue between my Shopify account and Mailchimp. He did an amazing job and guided me step by step to get everything resolved and synced again. I really appreciated his help.

Quick service from LORI on the chat feature to assist me with a failed flow that needed to be re-synced properly. Everything working properly within a few minutes. Helpful, prompt, and polite!

This is a really useful app and the customer service is top notch. I was having some sync issues and i used the Integration App Support Chat - Rhedd answered me almost immediately and spent time taking me through the whole process, even taking my email address to follow up on progress etc. Definitely recommended

Dean was super helpful and helped me understand how Mailchimp and Shopify need to sync in order for products to be visible on my campaign. Dean gave me everything I needed to proceed and find a solution for my issue. Thank You!

We have been using Mailchimp for a while but needed help with setting up their integration after migrating our store from WooCommerce to Shopify and creating an automation for signing up new subscribers. It's all working perfectly now and it was really easy to set up with the help of the Mailchimp support team. We were dealing with Mary, Sunny and Jess and they couldn't have been more friendly, competent and helpful! All issues were sorted within no time and we were even provided with customised step-by-step guides to help us. An absolutely lovely experience!
