A nice app for manage our newsletter customers and i solved a small problem with Lori, a very kind and helpful person.

I needed a quick bit of info on updating the Pop-up for my Shopify site so decided to try the CHAT. It worked great and Clairisse (sp) was a great help

Merci à David qui a été très réactif et qui a répondu à plusieurs de mes interrogations suite à l'intégration Mailchimp via Shopify (cela fait plus de 2 ans que je l'utilise mais il y avait certains points que je ne comprenais pas). N'hésitez pas à les contacter pour toute question.

Rafael was very helpful, he helped me solve my problem (audience sync, etc) and guided every step. I felt accompanied and the advice he gave worked and solved my issue. I really appreciate his support because unlike others, he really was able to trouble shoot and guide me int he right direction. when we the chat was disconnected he immediately connected back, which made it all easier and i'm really happy with the support Rafael provided me.
