I was struggling with my store integration but Cyrus was super helpful even though my chat kept kicking me out. He would just log on again and helped me through the whole process and even with other settings. It's great to have proper support. Way to go Cyrus!

I was having trouble with my Mailchimp integration. Revenue wasn’t being recorded correctly, and my email manager was running into issues while trying to work with segments and integrations. I reached out to Mailchimp support through the app and was connected with an integration specialist named Mary. She was incredibly helpful and quickly identified that our integration wasn’t set up properly. She guided us through disconnecting and reconnecting the app, and that fixed everything. Everything is now working as it should. Really appreciate the quick and knowledgeable support.

We needed help troubleshooting and we connected to a live person named JOANNE who was incredibly helpful. The A.I.-powered instructions for troubleshooting are not bad, and can be very thorough—but sometimes you just need a "Joanne," ha, and I got one! Yay! Thank you for helping us to figure out how to make the email popup the best that it could be.
