Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

I'd been using Mailchimp for years when I worked in email marketing for larger companies and when I started my own small business I knew I'd want to continue using it (over the many other programs I'd also used). I'm so glad the Shopify Mailchimp integration is back! I've found it easy to work with and it's great for email customization, automated drip campaigns, and lead gen forms on my website. I especially like the newer multi-step pop-up forms! Recently I had noticed a syncing error with my pop-up form and shopify sharing customer data, but I worked with Paul and Rafael in integrations and they got it fixed and kept me updated along the way. Very happy with their service! The only con I have is the pricing is a bit high for me as a small business and I wish the SMS credits rolled over month to month, but I still think it's well worth it and will continue to use it with my store.

This is a very useful integration to increase revenue and repeat sales through Shopify. The pre-built segments are great and intuitive to customize. Both Dean and David from the integration support were very helpful in assisting me in disconnecting an old account and getting the new one synced.
