I’m new to Mailchimp, and Lori was a tremendous help via chat. I accidentally disconnected a few times by clicking elsewhere, but each time I was able to reconnect with her. She patiently walked me through my challenges and addressed my pain points in a way that was easy to understand. I’m not very tech-savvy and tend to get overwhelmed, but Lori was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring throughout the process. Excellent customer service!

Customer support is very responsive and helpful, Jean assisted me on this occasion, and nothing was too much to ask. She was very attentive, polite and reassuring and ensured that my issue was resolved. Thank you Jean!

JEAN was awesome by helping me with my 2 questions regarding a SYNC between Shopify & Mailchimp. She found issue #1 was being worked on my developers and issue #2 I needed to be more patient because we have so much data. Overall, exceptional help!
