Great app, especially with the option to redirect broken links. We can recommend this app to every store.
I use this app to sync with Mailchimp and it works great. I haven't had any issues with it. The app was easy to set up, and once I turned it on and did the initial setup I didn't have to do anything else. Thank you ShopSync for this great app!!!!
I was nervous about using something other than MailChimp for my email campaigns but ShopSync made it soooo easy to connect. Very reliable!

Great way to connect my store to Mailchimp + it's totally free!! Connected my store to my mailchimp account overnight without any trouble or hassle. Now we're receiving email updates from new customers so that we can re-market to them under mailchimp in the future! I was afraid that I would have to transfer my customer data over to a new email marketing platform but I really like mailchimp and wish they would reconnect with shopify. Till then ShopSync will do. I used to sync my contacts for a website, it works very well, and I am very happy now I can send the mail to my subscriber, nice app!
Works perfectly. I was immediately able to browse my products in Mailchimp and create an effective email campaign then see the revenue from Mailchimp's dashboard. It's no wonder this is the most popular email marketing app for Shopify!
The app was very simple to use with very clear instructions. The integration works perfectly well. Very happy with the support team, fast and detailed replies! Highly recommend
rubbish. it can't sync the order campaign even i paid for it and it's super hard to cancel the subscription.

Works perfectly to sync Mailchimp, which is the reason for downloading. If you’re using Mailchimp for email marketing etc., use this app.

It is literally exactly what I was looking for. Just makes my work much easier, and more efficiently. If only I have found it sooner. Nice APP, highly recommended.

If you can get this app to work, great, If you can't you are out of luck. Support is TERRIBLE. You will have to wait days to get automated responses

We looked up your tickets for frippoutdoors.com and itsa-girl-thing.com, and it looks like we responded to your initial questions in less than 5 hours. As a free service, our best response times can range anywhere from 24 to 72 hours depending on volumes. Also, we saw your review while we were actively troubleshooting the connection with Mailchimp. As noted in our response back, the frippoutdoors.com store had something under the hood that wasn't configured correctly in Mailchimp. We were able to work with their team and get things resolved for you. itsa-girl-thing.com shows that it is also installed correctly and processing data. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach back out to our support team.
The sync works well, but we could do with more options on who is synced to our email service. We are paying to have unsubscribed contacts in the system which isn't a viable option long term.
I used it to connect my mail chimp account and worked good. I been using it for three weeks, so there might be some features that I havent try at this time
Installing the app was super easy and the syncing back and forth is seamless. Highly recommend the app. Can’t believe We didn’t find it sooner.
