Great usage and connection to Shopify. I really love the support I've received when help is needed. Got help from both Kentrell & Nadz helped me the most and have made me love the experience, even when there are issues.

I’m very grateful for the help I received from Cyrus and Mary. He resolved the issues with my account and got the popups working again. He was kind, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process. Even when our chat was disconnected, he remained patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Fantastic customer service — I highly recommend him and Mailchimp.
