Mailchimp customer service - Dean, was super helpful to us recently in resolving a problem we experienced between Mailchimp and Shopify. He was very patient as he walked me through his recommendations in the process of trouble-shooting. Our problem was resolved and Dean followed up with me again after everything was resolved to confirm everything was working properly. Thank you Dean for your support!

Seph helped us with a couple of issues with the MailChimp integration, as well as how to set up the discount after the double opt-in message. We ran into some issues, but she kept on trying to resolve the issues and in the end, the issue was resolved. Thanks, Seph!

Today's support from Cyrus was fantastic. He was patient with me and walked me thru all the steps until everything was set. Great teamwork between both of us to get things organized. Wish I could get Cyrus everytime I am in need of help!

Great integration. Ran into an issue with app embed, but RAFF from customer support helped me get it sorted quickly so that our email capture could run smoothly :)

Rhedd was very helpful with my concern about pausing my account. I feel as though I have paid into this account without using it, so I need to know how to pause it to learn more about how to use the app for my business. Rhedd assured me that I would not be charged until I restart my account. The representative's knowledge, patience, and kindness were very satisfactory and helpful.
