hands on and helpful team - did an orientation that made it easy to get started with all the things i wanted to implement. and when i was confused about something, they have very helpful ~real humans~ to chat with you and troubleshoot. Marz stayed on the chat with me for an hour and a half and reconnected when i got booted out by my browser a couple times. and at the end sent a full transcript of our chat. love the level of service and accountability.

Excellent customer service! Lori was very helpful in setting up my Shopify and Mailchimp integration. She made the process easy to follow and was quick to follow up with any issues.
