My experience with MARZ today was wonderful. I tried to update my shop integration and got lost. Marz was so chill and explained things very simply & clearly and got me through it. I had a good experience. We didn't really solve the issues as such, but I think it was a Shopify issue, not a MailChimp issue. The assistants I worked with were kind and patient and knowledgeable.
