We had so many issues with syncing to Etsy and lack of good support we have moved to Woocommerce. When shopify updated, it changed all our listings from LBs to grams... and removed the weight from our Etsy store completely. The support had us unlist everything and list it back, which cost us money... plus HOURS to try and fix everything. Their solution was to change our Shopify Marketplace listings to grams. It then caused our Etsy store to believe we were overseas, which then caused a whole other issue for us. This has been the worst!

Worst Support, Worst App, Lyn was not supportive at all. I was unable to list products on amazon. Contacted Supported and Still No Help, They asked for a document that doesn't even exist.

This is the worst app I have ever used to connect two marketplaces. They forced us to leave codisto and use this app but it has so many errors and is incredibly slow to load content. It also can take 48 hours for our listings to update on Amazon. We will make a listing active and set a new price and inventory quantity and it will become active on Amazon immediately, but the pricing and inventory will not update for days afterward. I have had to manually go into seller central and change prices and inventory there. So what is the point of this app? If we had any other choice, we would not use this.

This app has serious problems working with Amazon. The whole process of getting new items linked with our account is clunky and unreliable. We receive error messages that we know are false (e.g. asking for an ASIN when one is already provided). Overall this app is more of a hindrance than a benefit for companies wishing to expand their business into Amazon sales. On top of this, we currently are not receiving the service we have paid for. Marketplace Connect refuses to link our new products to Amazon or eBay due to "outstanding payments". Apparantly, we incurred these payments due to passing our order limit threshold. However, we can see that we are still under our order limit, a fact that has also been acknowledged by your own support team. In summary, we have been left waiting for a service that we pay a premium for which doesn't even work properly. This is shocking considering Marketplace Connect is owned by Shopify! I would advise other businesses to seek alternatives.

Can't seem to set mine up - either an issue with the asin or sku. Great concept, just unfortunately doesn't work for me so will try the old fashioned way of manually adding the products to Amazon.

If you are just getting started, don't use this app!!! It's a normal nightmare to sync it with Amazon and eBay if you haven't configured your products on Shopify (nobody will tell you that) - It's definitely not newbie recommended and not as straight forward as they want you to think it is. Until today (23/08/2024) I haven't been able to send a single product from Shopify to Amazon - there's always an error somewhere! Not great!

This review is for the ebay sync. Most features work well and sync properly. The 2 starts is due to there lack of support and assistance. For eBay Motors Parts and Accessories, we have been having issue with the Epids information in the app, not populating on the Ebay listings. Our first communication was on July 25th. Since then I've requested an update to the issue every 3-4 days. I've yet to get any answer to the issue besides its been sent to the DEV team. This is an important issue, as car compatibility for car parts on eBay is a huge way for listings to get shown. HELP ME!

I would definitely NOT recommend this app! It is NOT user friendly. The support was crappy and did not help at all. Will be using other apps instead. Shopify should ensure support is alot better and the app easier to use. It just did not work for me. Very disappointing.

App was working great, then they changed something forcing it to now send Walmart orders to Shopify with sale tax. According to their knowledge base and all documentation, it should not do this, because Walmart collects and pays tax. So we are now stuck doing manual adjustments for tax on every order to ensure we don't double pay tax. The app has become unusable. Tier 1 chat support acknowledge the bug but then moved to email where the dev team was going to work on resolution. However, decided not to do anything about it. They won't say anything more than "This is how it works" and wont escalate or assist in any way. Support is simply ignoring the bug that they know exists. We're trying to find a 3rd party app that will work. This doesn't!

Despite having 24/7 customer service available via chat, I am yet to receive any resolution to the issues I am facing. The responses I get are limited to a single email per day, either requesting additional information or stating that I will be updated on the progress. The core issue is a SKU mismatch on all the items. If you are trying to run a serious e-commerce business, this platform may not meet your needs. I was informed that my case was forwarded to an engineering team that appears to be non-existent. very disappointed !

We installed this app to connect Amazon and Walmart marketplaces to our Shopify store. Unfortunately, we were unable to link our products. We opened a support case on the 15th of July, and despite assurances that Marketplace Connect's developers were working to fix our issue, almost a month later and we still have not had a response. Shopify Marketplace Connect is holding back our business due to poor support, forcing us to look for alternatives.

This app is unpredictable and support is spotty. They are clearly still developing this app. I have been using it since November for Ebay and Etsy and the app nearly caused my etsy shop to be suspended with the recent developments they made to it. It was resetting my supply listings to claiming they are handmade, by me, recently. This is a HUGE violation of etsy's number 1 policy and led to them removing 2 listings in the past month of raw materials I sell for crafts. This caused Etsy to also remove my star seller status and they are threatening suspension of my shop. As of this moment there is no way to correct this on the app in settings. I always choose "ALL etsy rules" and the app was still behaving this way. I audited my entire shop of nearly 2000 listings, manually, going through the listings one by one, about 5 times in the past 8 months correcting these mistakes, as well as repopulating the SEO tags the app removes from Etsy. Interestingly, these mistakes are pretty random and unpredictable and effected about 75% of my listings with no rhyme nor reason. There are also issues with the formatting of descriptions, so, as a workaround, the past 8 months I was forced to listing everything separately on etsy and then link the listings- which is also difficult because the app is unable to show a thumbnail of the etsy listing when linking, leaving lots of room for human error. It also does not correctly show shipping details the buyer choses at checkout when pushing the order through to Etsy- like it wont tell you the buyer chose Priority mail, if they did, once the order gets pushed through to Shopify. I am still using the Ebay connect, but there are also issues there regarding item specifics. The app creates duplicate policies on ebay with a sku at the end and when I contacted support about this they denied the app is doing that. I have no reason to create duplicate policies with a sku and no listings attached to them. The app also deleted all the item specifics I had on ebay and there is no workaround for that in the app, other then entering them all again on the app itself, which doesnt include all the specifics Ebay is asking for, especially regarding jewelry. It also removed variants from 5 of my tumbled stone listings (of which I have nearly 200 working just fine with their variants) and have been trying to work with support on this issue for over a MONTH with no fix in sight other than random pulling at straws- seriously some of the most asinine "ideas", like changing the variation name, or the category, or the title, which doesn't make sense as I have 200 other listings, listed exactly the same way, in the same category, and they are integrated and working just fine. I am going to try waiting it out a little longer with the Ebay connect side in hopes that these issues will be straightened out, but I do know theres another great app out there, the one I was using before trying Marketplace connect, that I will be returning to if this doesn't get sorted out soon.

Quite frankly one of the worst marketplace management tools I have ever used. The support have been terrible over a vital issue where the orders have been coming through to shopify at £0 and this has had a massive knock on effect on our accounting. The support keep saying they are on it, but it has been a week. Now we are getting other random issues where the orders are selling at the GBP number in AUD. So if a product was £100 it has been sold on AUS overnight at $100AUD. This is half!!!! So far the impact is £3k of sales which should have been sold at abouyt £6k and the issues keep continuing. We have had no proper support and since the migration from Codisto things have gone from bad to worse. The knock on impact of this is going to be 5 figures at this rate. Simply not good enough, dealing with people who simply dont care about small business. As long as their job is ok though hey?

DO NOT USE THIS APP. We have had constant issues with this app and most recently with orders pulling through with a zero value on eBay and Amazon. Their support team have been absolutley awful and unhelpful. After contacting their support I was reassuraed the issue would be escalated but the support team have now just stopped resonding to me. After contacting support again I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait (even through they've stopped responding to me) after then immediatley ending the chat. This has become a major accounting and shipping issue! Where international orders have a zero value for the shipping, it means we have to manually enter a value in our shipping software in order to ship out orders. It has further caused a significant accounting problem as Shopify is reporting a zero value for the orders meaning it's severely affecting all of our reporting and margins. If you want a smooth and easy process for your eBay and Amazon orders I would strongly recommend that you do not use this app!!

It doesn't work properly. I have connected my Shopify with eBay account and some of the items on Shopify have sold out but they are still showing as available on eBay. I have deactivated an item on Shopify and manually removed it from eBay as it did not get removed automatically and it kept getting re-listed for some reason so I had to keep removing it until I was forced to permanently remove the listing from Shopify to stop it from being re-listed on eBay
