This app no longer supports Etsy. Support tells me to adjust settings that do not exist. Etsy has been removed as a supported connection. Update....Ian from support said ..... "Thanks for confirming. Work is on the way to get the readiness_state_id implemented. Our dev team should release it soon. I'll let you know right away when it does."

The purpose of a PLUG IN is to make life easier. This plugin does not update Global setting from one place, you have to manually update by Bulk Edit. With 4000+ products not helpful. When the Google /Shopify Category is mapped in Shopify ( a bit of work in itself) I now learn that their app needs me to manually insert a eBay category ID because "eBay has retired the APIs we were using to support eBay auto categorization. As such, it is now necessary to select a category when listing your products. When it comes to mapping the category, eBay only accepts a category ID for the listings, so I suggest reaching out to eBay to map the approved IDs to your products. " (So I am meant to contact eBay and redo 250 categories for 4400 products, no thanks) Does NOT make LIFE easy, does not matter the cost if it adds work to my effort rather than reduces it.

they deleted all the images from my ebay and deli-sited my entire store. Thousands of images gone. I immediately messaged support and have not received a response in over a week. Top rated seller and my stores progression and status have been impacted. Terrible UI and customer support

Good luck! Shopify Marketplace Connect simply does not work. We have been completely unsuccessful connecting our products with Amazon over 8 months and Walmart over 5 months. Save yourself """MONTHS""" of mind-numbing frustration, and lost sales. Choose another app. SUCKS!!!

The app does NOT work with Etsy as advertised. Your items will sync from shopify to Etsy, but the stock will not sync in reverse. Your orders will NOT import from Etsy. Everything that happens on Etsy after syncing the first time has to be done manually. The app also does NOT support digital downloads and will cause repeated issues with activating your Etsy digital listings even after they've been unlinked. I was also informed after installing and setting up the app, that support will soon be unable to help with any Etsy integration at all. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF NEEDING FOR ETSY.

I really tried to get this app to work. I spent hours going through my shopify listings and create meta fields to map to for Walmart and eBay. I created meta fields for key features and the like, only to get error 4 key features required. I tried the eBay connection and the only thing that did was consistently delete listings. I would then delete this app and try it again thinking I did something wrong only to have it consistently not work again. I think I’ve tried to make this work at least 3 times now with countless hours trying to figure out issues. This app flat out doesn’t work.

Experiencia horrible, los asin se han sincronizado con las variantes del producto, lo que ha producido que los precios sean un 80% mas bajo, y al cancelar todas las compras en amazon ha producido que me bloqueen la cuenta. No me dan ninguna solucion, y encima me estan mareando, de buenas a primeras el servicio ha cambiado y se ha actualizado de manera automática, todo un desastre esta app y su servicio al cliente pesimo

I am not sure if these folks are incompetent or just do not care, in either case, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My integration to Walmart and Amazon has been broken for over 7 months and it appears they have no clue how to fix issue. At times I feel I was the tester. Not worth your time if you are trying to build a business. Integration is not that hard, both amazon and walmart charged integration API; however, I know this was communicated to these people and they are just clueless on how to proceed. It is not that hard, if you know what how to do your job. I wonder how I can give a -5 star review.

Kafkaesque hell. If you try to get a product deleted from Amazon, you end up in this nightmare: Set product/variations to inactive? Still pushed to Amazon. Set it to only sync price/inventory? Still pushed to Amazon. Want reliable channel control? Don’t walk away. Run. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Recently tried integrating Etsy using Marketplace Connect and orders would not sync. We would receive orders on Etsy, and they would not show up on our Shopify store or even in the MC app. After many messages with their support team, they said that the reason is due to API rate limits on our account set by Etsy and in 24hrs they will reset and orders will flow. This is incorrect information, and this was confirmed by Etsy who gave the following response: "I see that your shop is based in the U.S. For your reference, for sellers shipping from the United States, as of October 21, 2024, Shippo and ShipStation are the only third-party shipping apps which, when integrated into your Etsy account, will automatically import and export all shipping-related data between your shop and the shipping partner. Please know that this restriction has nothing to do with rate limits. If an application/integration needs an increase to their rate limits, developers of the app are the ones who need to reach out to us and not their users." This app does not work with Etsy at all and they should not be advertising it as a solution.

If I could give 0 I would. Had the tool for a week. Nothing worked right. Customer support said they were working on it, never fixed anything, always pushed me to ebay to fix instead of helping me find the answers. I heard this was once a good app. Avoid if you want any support at all.

They were asking me to fill out a form to put my Brand name in so box, which I never found the form after pasting the link. It went to something entirely different, something about an account health check. Then they wanted me to take pictures of the product, which it couldn't be with my phone. Well I don't have a camera and I'm certainly not hiring a photographer. Then the product had to have my brand name on it. I have overv130 products, some have the brand name on it and some don't. Then they wanted pictures of the packaging. I use Uline boxes that I ship with and those boxes with delivery are not cheap. I don't have my own packaging. And there are other things they asked for as well that was just to far fetched. No thank you. I am not jumping through all these hoops . I agree with Throttle Designs (Jul 10,2025). I was only trying to list 2 products and support just couldn't help me. The error messages sentences ran together, which was very difficult to read. And it talked about my products should be the same that's in Amazon's catalog. Well, if I can't see what's in Amazon's catalog how can I know what to put in my listings? Duh.. The was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I tried for 5 days to list 2 products. Just terrible. Who needs the stress? I don't.

Buyer Beware – Avoid This App If I had known the amount of trouble this app would cause, I would have never used it. Unfortunately, I’m already too far in to turn back. Despite following the guidance provided by a representative, all of my images and data disappeared from eBay. No one wants to take responsibility—neither Shopify support nor the app’s customer service. Instead, they continue to blame the user. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience with no accountability.

This app and it's support is awful. I had to send 3 messages before I even got a reply, and even then sent 4 more messages with no follow up. Now I learned that apparently it doesn't even work with Etsy orders anymore so they've been doing nothing but wasting my time. If you're trying to use this with Etsy, DON'T EVEN BOTHER

Thanks for your feedback, When connecting with Etsy we have a notification to advise of the changes Etsy has made to its shipping policy. As a result, Shopify Marketplace Connect does not have access to order data for new merchant connections, making it impossible for Etsy orders to be sent to Shopify. I would consider myself a heavy user, this app in the beginning really shot me to a new level in revenue. However, with recent Amazon API changes, nothing seems to work and support (while kind of helpful) can't seem to fix the issue. I haven't been able to successfully list a product in months. Images seem to break, errors left and right that nobody seem to know how to fix. I hate to write a bad review from these guys because of how good things once were but as of recently, I can't recommend this to anyone who relies on Amazon. eBay and Etsy tend to post product just fine
