I need a simple app to sync orders from eBay/Amazon to Shopify , this app does it , but it lacks of the tax features, the GST tax line doesn’t get pass through from eBay / Amazon, therefore tax invoice generated without the GST amount, other app like Salestio allowed the user to configure the tax override for the import order to derive the GST from the Unit price.

It's a great app,I'm using it for eBay. If they could fix the auto-listing feature and allow Shopify collections to link directly with eBay categories and business policies for each eBay marketplace within the auto-list settings, that would be fantastic. Currently, I have over 400 collections, and publishing new products to eBay is time-consuming because I have to manually assign each category across multiple marketplaces.

I would consider myself a heavy user, this app in the beginning really shot me to a new level in revenue. However, with recent Amazon API changes, nothing seems to work and support (while kind of helpful) can't seem to fix the issue. I haven't been able to successfully list a product in months. Images seem to break, errors left and right that nobody seem to know how to fix. I hate to write a bad review from these guys because of how good things once were but as of recently, I can't recommend this to anyone who relies on Amazon. eBay and Etsy tend to post product just fine
Thank you for your feedback. You are correct; there have been significant changes to the Amazon API, which have led to some challenging technical issues. Most of these issues have now been resolved, while others are still being addressed. Nikki

Excellent Support and Efficient Service The team at Shopify Marketplace Connect is incredibly responsive and efficient. They replied to my questions quickly, handled everything with professionalism, and were always friendly and helpful. I've had nothing but great customer service experiences via the Connect feature. It's been a bit rough in terms of understanding how some formulas work, and how to accurate map certain facts from Shopify to other marketplaces but for the most part the integration works spotlessly.

I had an issue with pricing as I wanted different pricing on eBay to Shopify. The issue is that eBay would show the same price as Shopify. There are a few settings that need changing for this to work, but Mike was onto it straight away, and we were sorted.
