User friendly app and great support when you need it. I wanted to use this app to copy new lines from my Shopify store to my Etsy but only wanted to select the newer lines from the collection. Mark from Marketplace Connect gave great support to help me do this, after a 20 min call I felt completely confident in using the app. It is saving me so much time now I no longer set these products up on Etsy manually.

Dom and Ediline were the best – consistently responsive, willing to be patient as we had to wait for several cases to be approved by Amazon seller central, and always clearly detailed in their feedback. 10/10! Grateful for the support. Super effective!

I've worked with the reps from Shopify Market place Connect Team specially Joy. What a Joy she has been in terms of resolving my issues with Amazon listings, a genius! In fact every single member of the support team has been knowledgeable & patient. Very happy with their support, can't thank them enough for a great job they are doing!

I use Shopify Marketplace Connect for Walmart and Target Plus to list my products. While Walmart's interface was initially less intuitive, it's now fairly easy to use. Target's listing process, however, has been very frustrating. Walmart Marketplace: Pros: Easy listing process once you're familiar with the interface. Cons: Some prompts and expectations within the app could be clearer and more straightforward. Target Marketplace Connect: Cons: * My first listing attempt was rejected without a clear explanation. * The second listing required an excessive amount of detail, including numerous dimensions, making it unnecessarily time-consuming. * The app needs clearer indication of which fields are truly required. Currently, it uses an asterisk to mark some required fields, but after submitting a listing, I receive critical errors for fields that were not marked as required. This inconsistency leads to multiple errors and wasted time. * Target Plus lacks the shipping flexibility offered by other platforms. Sellers are locked into their initial choice of shipping carrier, which restricts options for both sellers and customers who may prefer different carriers or shipping speeds. Suggestion: * Target should streamline the listing process, clearly indicate which fields are mandatory, and ensure a smoother, more user-friendly experience. * Improve shipping flexibility: Allow sellers to change shipping carriers based on weight, shipping cost, and speed. Support Experiences: Support experiences have been inconsistent. While some agents were unhelpful and unclear, I recently connected with Lou, who was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and provided clear solutions. Suggestion: Ensure all support agents are trained to provide the same level of excellent service as Lou, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and understanding. Overall: Enhance the seller experience by focusing on clarity and efficiency. Provide clear instructions, concise error messages (not everything needs to be critical), and a clear distinction between required and recommended fields. Streamlined processes and knowledgeable support agents are also essential.

This is working very well so far for our small bricks and mortar and online shop. It seems to fix the problems all that we had in the past trying to sync Shopify to eBay, which stopped us selling on eBay in the end. We are back on eBay and it all seems to work smoothly, we are notified of eBay sales on our POS and the inventory is kept up to date. Could do with more "how to" information to get started, especially mapping, but when I ran into problems the chat was excellent, looked at all the issues I had (caused by my error) and fixed them and explained how to avoid them in future. It took some time but they went through it step by step to identify the issue and then looked some more and fixed some other things using their own initiative. So rare these days and very much appreciated.

Highly reccommend. I've tried a couple of apps to integrate our store to ebay. This is by far the most affordable with the best support team. Much easier to integrate than others also.

Implemented on a ~5,000 SKU shop linked to Amazon and eBay UK, with many products already listed. The app has saved me a huge amount of time and has simplified my order handling with having everything in Shopify. As expected, a few teething issues with linking products but the support staff were really helpful, at one stage spending over two hours guiding me through some things. Fully recommended.
