Avoid like your business depends on it. I don't like leaving negative reviews, ever, but this app has been nothing but trouble. It didn't sync my products with eBay properly, which was sorted after dealing with their support team. But then, without warning or a notification, it overrode my shipping information TWICE, even after I added them to the app AND eBay, leading to customers getting free delivery for large parcels where they shouldn't have (with my business covering the costs and therefore losing money on the sales). When speaking to support, they essentially blamed me, saying I didn't input info correctly - not sure why I'd manually select ~20 of 250 products to have shipping costs, rather than ticking "select all"... They oversold one of my products, (it was out of stock on my website, but it was sold on eBay anyway) which I had to source with no notice so I didn't let down a new customer. The fees are not clear and certain members of the support team were rude and extremely unhelpful, when I tried to resolve the issues and move forwards. Worst of all, they refused to reimburse any of the additional costs I'd incurred and blamed me for the issues I faced. I've spent so long on this app and these issues, it would have been easier, less stress & less cost to my small business if I'd manually uploaded everything to eBay - which I will be doing from now on. Avoid.

The app is very useful and has streamlined the process of uploading items to Walmart.com. The app does have some hiccups and new issues every now and then, mainly when Walmart.com has new listing updates and requirements. The support is very fast. Joy B was especially helpful. Joy B gets five stars! If you ever have issues and need support ask for Joy B.

First off the customer service is top notch. While I was learning how to use this app they have been nothing but helpful and patient with answering my questions. I also mistakenly caused an issue with my ebay template. Chloe took the time along with Ediline to figure it out and correct my issue. A+ all the way support. I also tried a few other inventory management apps and chose Marketplace Connect as being better than the rest for my store. It's been the solution i needed all along and look forward to the growth of my store because of it. Thank you!

Sync doesn't work, tracking numbers don't get updated, and support is useless

So far so good. I had a few teething problems inititially and kept getting an error with pricing that Support helped me with quickly. I do wish I could hide a few more of the irrelevant columns but that's really a minor detail of convenience.

The app simply does not work anymore. Since their latest update none of my listings from shopify can be listed on Amazon. None of the settings or mapped fields have changed. Just an endless list of error codes. I have contacted support who suggest I manually import all my listings on seller central which is exactly what I am trying to avoid. They admit that the app won't upload products, say they are working on it but cannot give any timescale for a solution. The support staff are very helpful, although that doesn't do much good if the product doesn't work. The most annoying thing is it worked perfectly before the 'update' After a call with support I was assured daily updates, unsurprisingly that hasn't materialised and I am left chasing for any update at all. In short the support staff are great, the product seems to be useless

As others have noted in their reviews, this app's functionality has significantly declined since Shopify acquired Codisto. The app overrides your existing eBay or Etsy data, which can damage your store and even lead to policy violations that may result in a suspension. The support and development teams work closely together in the same office, yet they present themselves as if they operate from multiple locations and departments. This creates a false impression that resolving issues will take a long time. The support team consistently refuses to acknowledge problems with their application, instead blaming platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or eBay for any issues. We also use other apps without experiencing problems, which we find depend on our clients’ preferences and budgets. Lastly, I would advise caution when believing everything they say. There are online threads that highlight deceptive tactics they use to discourage users from uninstalling the app or leaving negative reviews.

A recent Amazon upgrade, which came with its own set of challenges, has significantly impacted the Amazon process. Not all integrators have managed to navigate this successfully. Uninstalling our app is only recommended when we know it will affect the marketplace in which you are listing. There is currently a known issue with Etsy when you uninstall and reinstall, and this is noted when you connect to Etsy. Shopify embraces its remote working policy and is a digital-by-design company. We have employees working with this app from various parts of the globe. It's disappointing to hear that you feel deceived by our support team, as this sentiment is not reflected in other reviews.
