The app can get extremely frustrating due to constraints when linking the Shopify catalog with existing listings on Ebay/Amazon. It leaves too much room for error, and the process to correct it is so complicated. This app isn't very user-friendly. The instructions are incomplete. The support is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes it's downright infuriating and the person either doesn't understand the problem or is just trying to close the case without actually listening.

The app worked really well for us initially, but we ran into a major issue when all of our Etsy listings were suddenly deactivated without warning. It took four days of back-and-forth with support to finally be told it was due to a SKU-to-Etsy ID mapping issue — something we had never changed or touched ourselves. While the support team were polite and tried to help, the issue should have been escalated much sooner. We lost valuable time and sales while waiting for a proper explanation. In the end, we had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get our listings live again. This experience was frustrating and stressful, especially for a small business relying on consistent visibility. If you're using the app, keep an eye on your listings and be aware that any sudden change might be related to hidden mapping settings or renewal of the app. A quicker response and clearer guidance would have made a big difference.

Its the reason why I left Big Commerce to follow this app to Shopify. Its so easy to use and and simple intuitive bit like using an Excel Spreadsheet for an idiot. So simple to all the other systems I have tried. Cant recommend enough

Currently syncing 3 marketplaces, working on the 4th. The experience varies a bit from marketplace to marketplace but, overall the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to. 4 stars vs 5 because, in a few short months, I've had to open at least two support tickets for odd glitches (bulk templating not working in Target, inventory sync switched to 'off' in Amazon) that cannot be explained. Needless to say, it makes me jittery: inventory sync problems across platforms are a serious concern. Hoping the team improves the app over time.

This app is broken. It keeps replacing my ebay listings with nonsensical titles and descriptions, removes the pictures and inserts subtitles that I get charged for. I uninstalled this app.

Support was slow, Ebay Template didn't sync to our Ebay store so we ended up paying someone else to manually fix the issue. This was after weeks of waiting and the issue being 'escalated to the team'. Not a great experience tbh.

Diese App funktioniert bei mir nicht, egal welchen Browser ich verwende (Chrome, Safari oder Edge) Für mich leider nur Zeitverschwendung und kein nutzen. Ebay: Verbindung zu meinem Account konnte hergestellt werden, jedoch wurden meine Produkte nicht übernommen mit uneindeutigen Fehlermeldungen. Amazon: Hier hat die Verbindung zu meinem Account überhaupt nicht funktioniert. App wird jetzt gelöscht ...

NEW USERS ALERT: after 5 days of setup leads to uninstall, Etsy orders do no import from a 11/2024 update to their policy and 3 reps did not rely information. instead asked me to uninstall and retry. Amazon took 3 days to load 0 products and then nothing is importing. Walmart is still not done loading 0 products. not sure if its worth spending more time and effort app seems buggy and glitchy. May the odds be ever in your favor.
