I am really enjoying using this app - it has made dispatching and tracking inventory between Shopify and Etsy much easier, plus customer support is always very fast and helpful.

Be Aware of malicious activities. they gained access to our account and changed product prices causing us to sell a lot of units at a very low price, which had a negative profit, and we lost money. They also tried to change our bank account details to steal our money. we reported this app to Amazon and asked to remove authorization. if you read this review, please don't make the mistake of authorizing access to this app on Amazon, it was the worst decision we made. We could have lost complete access to our Amazon account. fortunately, only lost a few products instead of the whole account.

App. poco pratica interfaccia confusionale, la traduzione in lingua italiana ha funzionato fino ad ora e solo per quanto riguarda il menù e le impostazioni per quanto riguarda la pagina di modifica di un'inserzione a caso la lingua è stata sempre in inglese, ma adesso tutta l'app è solo in lingua inglese, la sincronizzazione degli ordini non sempre funziona per quanto riguarda la spedizione soprattutto per chi usa ebay spedizioni!

Had some issues getting it to work but support was able to resolve it and it seems to be working great now.

a very inconsistent app. doesnt consistently download and sync listings, doesn't match 100percent of the time. Doesn't carry through prices completely.

This app can take a bit of time to get used to and is slow to load, but it gets the job done. Support is excellent. Adrian successfully helped me out with a very specific issue that I was having.

Most helpers are knowledgable - they go above and beyond to find accurate answers. Like you and me, they are learning to find ways to bridge the gap between Shopify and Amazon. They have resources to find answers that we aren't able to access or find. 4 out of 5 times they are super helpful.

I've been using Marketplace Connect to publish products to Etsy and eBay, as well as to sync inventory with Amazon, and overall, it's been a great experience. The app is free and easy to work with, making it a valuable tool for managing multiple sales channels. The support team is excellent—Adrian, in particular, was very helpful in quickly resolving issues. Live chat support is fast, with almost no waiting time, which is a huge plus. The team is professional and responsive, making the process much smoother. There are some areas for improvement, such as reducing the long wait times for Etsy listings pages to open and adding more options to the bulk edit tool. However, despite these minor drawbacks, Marketplace Connect is a solid choice for sellers looking to streamline their inventory and listings across multiple platforms.
