OMG what a disaster, trying to link with Etsy, does not work, very inconsistent, programmed by amateurs, have a look at the Faire sync app and learn a few things...

Support is just awful. Since they were acquired by Shopify they blame everything on Shopify and close the case while acting rude. Then you have to reach out to Shopify support who are friendly and helpful, and confirm that it's a Marketplace Connect problem. Then you have to reach back out to MC with a case number from Shopify before they'll do anything. Marketplace Connect has a lot of bugs and is lacking in a lot of really basic features. Doesn't feel like the engineers really know how their customers are using the tool. We pay almost $100/mo in charges yet it has less features than alternatives like Veeqo which is free. In fact, Veeqo will offer 5% back on any shipping labels purchased, and can predict how many units you need to re-order based on previous sales. I just can't understand why anyone would still use this app when the Marketplace Connect team cares so little about it themselves.

Not worth it. The amount of time I spend talking with support because it's so buggy fully negates the benefits. I wish I'd just set each marketplace up seperately for all the issues that would have given me than using this terrible app.

This app works somewhat well for eBay but it's absolutely awful for Etsy. There's a ton of errors, missing categories, and unmapped fields. It's incredibly slow and unresponsive. A real pain to use. A ton of work needs to be done to get the data to behave properly and the data sync is very slow.

After the first sync on tracking number failed, you can't re-sync. And there fore you lose that order and penalty on you. Support is very bad and not willing to solve the problem. They only advise to change tracking and fulfill again, which I did. But they can't do anything about it. A very bad app and support, be aware
Thanks for your review, Any changes to carrier and/or tracking number in Shopify will now be re-sent to Target+ if made within 7 days (Target+ limit) An improvement on the carrier/tracking cleansing based on historical bad data. Providing the correct information in the first instance avoids such errors. Nikki

Be Aware of malicious activities. they gained access to our account and changed product prices causing us to sell a lot of units at a very low price, which had a negative profit, and we lost money. They also tried to change our bank account details to steal our money. we reported this app to Amazon and asked to remove authorization. if you read this review, please don't make the mistake of authorizing access to this app on Amazon, it was the worst decision we made. We could have lost complete access to our Amazon account. fortunately, only lost a few products instead of the whole account.

Unfortunately this app doesn't work for medium sized sku counts, and and above. I have been trying for a few weeks to get the listing to synchronise from Shopify into the app, speaking with the support team, but this keep failing with various backend errors. There appears to be no initative to fix this or provide support - all I get is responses that say they can;t tell me when they will resolve this. This all seems pretty fundamentally lacking to me. I am afraid I cannot recommend a system that is this unreliable. We will have to use an alternative solution.

What's the point of this app if you own a store in Canada? Link it with Wal-Mart, Target, Ebay, Amazon, etc. in Canada! Nope, the services available on this crappy app are not available in Canada, and they have no time frame for that availability. Now you'll need search around on the craptacular app store to find an app that will give you the ability to sell on these platforms, forcing you to pay a middleman that literally just stands there opening and closing a gate. Thanks Shopify! you truly are the worst.

Update 1/24/25: I wish i could go negative stars, I have reached back out and now we are supposed to re add items that their team has removed in the file. To me they have no idea what they are talking about as we are just running in circles at this point. Each day is a new person that does not read the issues and we have to explain the issue again. At this point they are throwing crap on the wall to see if it sticks. I would stay for away from this app. Original: By far the worst app i have used. it's a 50/50 shot of even getting it to load. Filled with errors. 5+ hours with support and still at square one with them only saying "Walmart API Issues" Does not seem to have the accontability that needs to be there for a successful app. I would take positive reviews with a grain of salt and explore even paid options that might work better.

This app doesn't provide anywhere close to what you'd need to implement these integrations smoothly... Barely any proper mapping, import, or export tools for products. EDIT: In response to the below comment, I would gladly delete this review if I'm wrong. I have been back and forth with your support, and they have told me specifically "The Color and Size variations from Shopify won't sync" and "need to be manually entered". To expect users to manually enter data that already exists in Shopify is simply not using it as "the source of truth" as claimed. Variant options like color and size are critical for the apparel industry and are going to be required for virtually every marketplace integration and the data is literally already in Shopify, but the app won't map it.

It does not recognize the variants of each product. I've been figuring this out for a month now but it never gets corrected.

Impossible for us to use when variants on our Shopify products have to be mapped to variants on eBay, but eBay categories we sell under don't support variations. Support was not able to help us.

poor support and as you grow eventually it will start to mishandle and not pull things and improperly list as the amount of listings and data grows it gets worse and worse beware it will start well and then ruin your business entirely.

The app was full of bugs, all I needed was to connect already existing Shopify products to already existing Amazon listings. It was a nightmare. App would crash if I selected more than 20 products.. after going 10 products at the time some would show as active some as inactive yet none were passing along the inventory information. Shopify said they could not help even though it is a Shopify app, the developer blamed it all on Amazon and nobody was able to fix the issues. Products kept going from inactive to publishing to inactive... then some went to active, and thrn bact to inactive. And to top it off it sends orders info to TaxJar without identifying them as Amazon orders and without the tax information. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option. I went back to Sellbrite, I rather have separate inventories than to deal with so many bugs and slow support than won't actually do anything but blame Amazon.

Se sei un venditore professionale con inserzioni ebay on line da molto tempo, questa app è assolutamente da evitare. Problemi con il match dei prodotti su shopify. Stabilito che hai bisogno di copiare tutti i dati delle vecchie inserzioni da ebay si attiva un bug e quindi l'app importa un sacco di dati sbagliati, Prezzi dei prodotti con varianti, dettagli di prodotto, ecc. Un vero delirio senza soluzione. Dopo due settimane di segnalazioni nulla è risolto. Se utilizzi il prezzo fisso per le inserzioni rischi di trovarti con oltre 200 inserzioni salvate con i prezzi a 0. Se provi a salvare tutti i prezzi da capo, uno per uno perché l'app non ha un sistema di import, ti ritroverai di nuovo i prezzi a zero il giorno dopo. L'assistenza dice che l'errore è il nostro. Peccato che le istruzioni ce le abbiamo date loro e noi sicuramente non salviamo i prezzi con valore 0. Per concludere, dopo un mese dall'installazione ancora non siamo riusciti a mandare on line in modo regolare le nostre inserzioni su ebay perdendo un sacco di vendite ed avendo perso un tempo inestimabile.

Poor customer service response times, doesn't want to help you resolve the issue. Same issue unresolved for a week now.
