Sync doesn't work, tracking numbers don't get updated, and support is useless

The app simply does not work anymore. Since their latest update none of my listings from shopify can be listed on Amazon. None of the settings or mapped fields have changed. Just an endless list of error codes. I have contacted support who suggest I manually import all my listings on seller central which is exactly what I am trying to avoid. They admit that the app won't upload products, say they are working on it but cannot give any timescale for a solution. The support staff are very helpful, although that doesn't do much good if the product doesn't work. The most annoying thing is it worked perfectly before the 'update' After a call with support I was assured daily updates, unsurprisingly that hasn't materialised and I am left chasing for any update at all. In short the support staff are great, the product seems to be useless

As others have noted in their reviews, this app's functionality has significantly declined since Shopify acquired Codisto. The app overrides your existing eBay or Etsy data, which can damage your store and even lead to policy violations that may result in a suspension. The support and development teams work closely together in the same office, yet they present themselves as if they operate from multiple locations and departments. This creates a false impression that resolving issues will take a long time. The support team consistently refuses to acknowledge problems with their application, instead blaming platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or eBay for any issues. We also use other apps without experiencing problems, which we find depend on our clients’ preferences and budgets. Lastly, I would advise caution when believing everything they say. There are online threads that highlight deceptive tactics they use to discourage users from uninstalling the app or leaving negative reviews.

While doing so, we acknowledge that the app has faced and will continue to face challenges as we make these improvements. A recent Amazon upgrade, which came with its own set of challenges, has significantly impacted the Amazon process. Not all integrators have managed to navigate this successfully. Uninstalling our app is only recommended when we know it will affect the marketplace in which you are listing. There is currently a known issue with Etsy when you uninstall and reinstall, and this is noted when you connect to Etsy. Shopify embraces its remote working policy and is a digital-by-design company. We have employees working with this app from various parts of the globe. It's disappointing to hear that you feel deceived by our support team, as this sentiment is not reflected in other reviews. **UPDATE** Your app gets worse and worse day by day. Live-chat support takes hours to say a simple "hello" and the app is so littered w/ bugs it is scary. We are starting to regret using your app and migrating to another app is a large undertaking when dealing with 35K skus. You're owned by Shopify — why isn't Shopify fixing these issues? **ORIGINAL REVIEW** You'll be told that their connections working fine until you start facing show-stopper errors. You'll also be told that you'll always have 24/7 live-agent chat support until you do NOT. Here we are 2 days in a row trying their live-chat and there are NO live agents at all. And they aren't responding on the 'submit message' emails for now two days. We did not expect such unprofessional treatment from Shopify.

Etsy, Amazon, Ebay – non of it worked. Amazon gives an error. Etsy sync doesn't work properly and if you have over 400 listings it gets extreemely messy and impossible to set up (+with unsolvable errors here and there). Ebay – just forget about this mess with loads of errors. On top of that – it let's you sell only 50 products. This app doesn't worth the hustle.

The app worked really well for us initially, but we ran into a major issue when all of our Etsy listings were suddenly deactivated without warning. It took four days of back-and-forth with support to finally be told it was due to a SKU-to-Etsy ID mapping issue — something we had never changed or touched ourselves. While the support team were polite and tried to help, the issue should have been escalated much sooner. We lost valuable time and sales while waiting for a proper explanation. In the end, we had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get our listings live again. This experience was frustrating and stressful, especially for a small business relying on consistent visibility. If you're using the app, keep an eye on your listings and be aware that any sudden change might be related to hidden mapping settings or renewal of the app. A quicker response and clearer guidance would have made a big difference.

This app is broken. It keeps replacing my ebay listings with nonsensical titles and descriptions, removes the pictures and inserts subtitles that I get charged for. I uninstalled this app.

Diese App funktioniert bei mir nicht, egal welchen Browser ich verwende (Chrome, Safari oder Edge) Für mich leider nur Zeitverschwendung und kein nutzen. Es ist ganz furchtbar mit dieser App. Seit Wochen klappt nichts und der Kundendienst hat mir falsche Empfehlungen gegeben, was mich viel Geld zum Einstellen, Löschen und erneut Einstellen bei Ebay gekostet hat. Nun habe ich einen Teil hochgeladen, aber es ist nicht synchronisiert und ich verkaufe die Artikel doppelt. Ich muss Bestellungen stornieren, mich entschuldigen und habe unzufriedene Kunden, die sich beschweren. Neu eingestellte Artikel kann ich nicht hochladen. Die "Fachabteilung" ist schon seit Wochen dran und ich werde immer nur vertröstet. Ich solle Geduld haben - aber es passiert gar nichts. Ich habe noch nie so eine katastrophale App gehabt und so einen unfähigen Kundendienst - wenn überhaupt wirklich jemand danach schaut.

didnt work for my listings as they were customized. I did say that in the beginning and was assured it would work. Then when i linked the listings it erased data from my etsy store, I had to remove the app and now my etsy listings are not allowing me to edit them. extremely disappointed, and potentially ruined my etsy store.

Support is just awful. Since they were acquired by Shopify they blame everything on Shopify and close the case while acting rude. Then you have to reach out to Shopify support who are friendly and helpful, and confirm that it's a Marketplace Connect problem. Then you have to reach back out to MC with a case number from Shopify before they'll do anything. Marketplace Connect has a lot of bugs and is lacking in a lot of really basic features. Doesn't feel like the engineers really know how their customers are using the tool. We pay almost $100/mo in charges yet it has less features than alternatives like Veeqo which is free. In fact, Veeqo will offer 5% back on any shipping labels purchased, and can predict how many units you need to re-order based on previous sales. I just can't understand why anyone would still use this app when the Marketplace Connect team cares so little about it themselves.

Not worth it. The amount of time I spend talking with support because it's so buggy fully negates the benefits. I wish I'd just set each marketplace up seperately for all the issues that would have given me than using this terrible app.

This app works somewhat well for eBay but it's absolutely awful for Etsy. There's a ton of errors, missing categories, and unmapped fields. It's incredibly slow and unresponsive. A real pain to use. A ton of work needs to be done to get the data to behave properly and the data sync is very slow.

After the first sync on tracking number failed, you can't re-sync. And there fore you lose that order and penalty on you. Support is very bad and not willing to solve the problem. They only advise to change tracking and fulfill again, which I did. But they can't do anything about it. A very bad app and support, be aware

Thanks for your review, Any changes to carrier and/or tracking number in Shopify will now be re-sent to Target+ if made within 7 days (Target+ limit) An improvement on the carrier/tracking cleansing based on historical bad data. Be Aware of malicious activities. they gained access to our account and changed product prices causing us to sell a lot of units at a very low price, which had a negative profit, and we lost money. They also tried to change our bank account details to steal our money. we reported this app to Amazon and asked to remove authorization. if you read this review, please don't make the mistake of authorizing access to this app on Amazon, it was the worst decision we made. We could have lost complete access to our Amazon account. fortunately, only lost a few products instead of the whole account.
