Mariel R. was fantastic help with fixing my issue when it came to linking my products to Amazon and understanding how the app works. Its reps like those that give this app the praises it gets. Feel confident knowing that if i have any more problems (which i hope not) that good customer serivce reps like mariel will be there to help. 5 stars all the way.

I absolutely love the orders interface. For us, eBay is a huge part of our business. This makes tracking all of our orders and customers in one place. Just one click of import and the order is in your Shopify. The customer service is impressive too. We had an issue and it was resolved in minutes with a clear and concise email. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm excited to see how we can transition our Target Plus catalog to the app. It looks pretty simple -- much more simple than the connecter we are currently using.

The App works but beware despite turning off "Import Orders" (which Shopify explicitly say is the only chargeable part of the app) Shopify began charging me significant amounts, going against their own terms and conditions, and without my permission. I was not importing orders, just syncing product inventory to our Amazon account (which is a significant size now). They decided to start charging us a fee for all our Amazon orders completely unrelated to anything Marketplace connect. My money is still being held although apparently the billing team are looking into it but it does not seem to be going anywhere.

Great support when i had an issue today - Joy escalated and resolved this issue very quickly wgich is so important when communicating fulfilment times back to Amazon

I am still learning. I am trying ot connect with Wal mart and it like crazy. I have all the information but some reason it is not doing nothing. Even one of the shopify agent tried to help and still nothing. I do not understand lol.

Ian was amazing. I cannot thank him enough for working with me to resolve my issues. He helped me when two other support agents could not solve my problem.
