DO NOT USE THIS APP. We have had constant issues with this app and most recently with orders pulling through with a zero value on eBay and Amazon. Their support team have been absolutley awful and unhelpful. After contacting their support I was reassuraed the issue would be escalated but the support team have now just stopped resonding to me. After contacting support again I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait (even through they've stopped responding to me) after then immediatley ending the chat. This has become a major accounting and shipping issue! Where international orders have a zero value for the shipping, it means we have to manually enter a value in our shipping software in order to ship out orders. It has further caused a significant accounting problem as Shopify is reporting a zero value for the orders meaning it's severely affecting all of our reporting and margins. If you want a smooth and easy process for your eBay and Amazon orders I would strongly recommend that you do not use this app!!

It doesn't work properly. I have connected my Shopify with eBay account and some of the items on Shopify have sold out but they are still showing as available on eBay. I have deactivated an item on Shopify and manually removed it from eBay as it did not get removed automatically and it kept getting re-listed for some reason so I had to keep removing it until I was forced to permanently remove the listing from Shopify to stop it from being re-listed on eBay

This app has saved me hours of my time by simplifying the process of listing from Shopify to eBay. Also, the response from support is excellent!

Great support, the sync with Amazon orders could have a bit of delay so it is helpful to have a team ready to help!

Had to migrate over to connect after codisto was discontinued. The negative reviews were spot on. My steady Amazon sales are gone. Most of my listings went to error and are now inactive. It's a complete guessing game how to correct. Hours with chat and on phone with Customer service. Got brushed off by service tech. Said I needed to escalate my issue to another department and I would be contacted via email and call within 24 hours. Neither happened. Marketplace Connect is not easy and not for people without extensive training. Even the Techs at Connect can't get my Shopify listings to connect to Amazon

Brilliant App opening up additional markets and increasing revenue. Carlos was amazing (and very patient) helping me get my first item listed on Ebay. Not once did he blame it on user error when it very clearly was :)

I had an issue, and Joy from customer service helped me out instantly. This is a big thumbs up for help and the app works great. The response time was incredibly fast, and Joy was both professional and friendly. The app itself is user-friendly and performs exceptionally well. excellent customer support and the seamless functionality of the app. Five stars all around!

Be careful, this app doesn’t restock items after order cancellation. With each cancellation, you’ll accumulate physical stock that won’t be reflected on the website. We are increasingly considering making something else the primary source of inventory instead of Shopify, as it has too many inconveniences.
Thanks for your feedback, Our app is designed this way, if an order has been sent to Shopify and is canceled on the marketplace, the corresponding order in Shopify is also canceled. However inventory levels remain unaffected. The cancellation does not result in the product being restocked. This behavior is deliberate considering the possible reasons for cancellation, (for example, unable to fulfil due to damaged or missing stock). The reason is not provided to us from the marketplace. If Shopify Marketplace was to restock the product, that risks overselling an item that is potentially unavailable. Our team is available 24/7 please reach out for any further queries. Nikki

I don't understand how Shopify allows so much crap of App and Shopify looks now like a scam room, having its partners that nothing benefits us small businesses right now I will look for another platform
Thanks for your feedback, We can see from the interaction with the support team you are looking for an app that will auto replenish inventory from cancelled orders. Cancellations can be for a number of reasons that can be impacted by stock levels, hence this is not currently available with our app. However we are always considering new and different options on our roadmap.
